Good product overall
Good product overall, stores away conveniently, easy to open with one hand. Slightly large for my baby at 5 months, also not very cushioned for babies comfort.

Commande poussette Stomp Lux ensemble voyage et cododo
J’ai commandé pour l'arrivée de notre bébé la poussette Stomp Lux ensemble voyage et le cododo et nous en sommes ravis. Les colis sont arrivés chez nous en France sous 3 jours c’était très rapide avec un super suivi concernant la livraison. La poussette est très légère, bien pensée et vraiment bien équipée. Le cododo est large, le matelas très confort pour le bébé et réalisé dans de beaux matériaux

Communication was good and delivery was excellent but the car seat I ordered RADIAL I-SIZE PLUS 360 SPIN 40-150CM CAR SEAT could be improved , the layback position needs to better as my little one when is sleeping in car seat sleep on car journeys his neck is floppy about and not supported enough and I don’t like that even with the layback position fully back

Unsatisfied customer
On the 9th October I went on the Ickle Bubba website and in the clearance was a 12 piece Stomp Luxe 2025 edition it came in various colours, however the Woodland green was £219. So I purchased it and was so thrilled as my daughter gives birth on 30th and I knew it would be here for her to bring baby home in the car seat. I received confirmation of the order, however it not only showed the travel system but a car seat and leather pram handles. I emailed straight away, on 12th October I received an email saying that there was an error with their system and the travel system in Woodland green had been advertised incorrectly and shouldn't have been on offer at that price. They kindly offered another colour, a refund or if the seat and handles had arrived a collection and refund. As it's so close to arrival of baby and ofcourse the price I replied straight away that I would accept any other colour avaliable, I have since sent 2 further emails in the course of the last 5 days and as of today 17th October i have had no reply!! I'm a reasonable person and worked in banking customer service for 25yrs, often in the complaints department and rule is keep the customer upto date even if there is no resolve at that time. I understand things go wrong but I would either like the travel system delivered or at least to let me know when it will be.

I can give more than 5star if possible. Ordered the full set and was entitled to a crib. Packages arrived and crib wasnt added. Contacted their customer care and in 30mins issue was resolved. I received the crib via next day delivery before 12pm. This satisfaction was awesome. Dont waste money on other brands when ickle bubba has got you covered

Wonderful, personal customer service
This is the second time I've contacted customer service for help with something on our pram that has worn out (just general wear and tear, nothing faulty! We really put our pram to the test with our outdoorsy toddler!). Both times the customer service has been amazing. I have had responses the same day and they helped even with slightly odd requests. The people responding are kind and take an interest in what you say. Payment for things that need replacing was easily done through invoice and replacement parts have arrived pretty much always next day. I can't fault them at all. Thank you very much.

Great Customer Service
We had a fault with our pram, and Lahara in the customer service team was very quick to respond & super helpful. Replacement sent out straight away, really easy & helpful process which was appreciated as we needed a pram quickly.
