Incredible and thoughtful service
I was served by Kash, who I have been served by a couple of times now. He has always been so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I came in today looking for a new chefs knife having purchased several other knives from the Japanese knife company before and he quickly found me the perfect knife for what I wanted. He even offered to show me how to sharpen a knife that I had asked for advice on how to sharpen. Amazing customer service, I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my knives.

Wonderful experience
I didn’t really knew what to expect, but I was completely blown away by the selection of knives!
And even more so when I realised that the basement was full of Japanese tools!
I really didn’t need a new knife but bought one anyway!

Group Knife Sharpening Course
I attended the group knife sharpening course which was excellent. The instructor covered all the relevant theory which was so essential in understanding how a knife is sharpened in a particular way and why. The practical part of the course catered for all levels of ability and everyone produced a very sharp knife. I would thoroughly recommend this course.
