Delivery failed
The post office have delivered the product to the wrong address unfortunately not one of my obvious neighbor's. Frustrating as I traveling abroad tomorrow and have now runout of replacements.

However, it looks like the postal service has not delivered the parcel to the wrong address. According to the tracking information, the package has been delivered to a collection point and has been ready for pickup since 11:44 today, rather than being delivered directly to your address.

The item has now been delivered. It is correct. However, the calendar provided to update the 'Date of Experience' will not permit entries beyond 8th March. It should read 11/03/2026.

This is the wrong part. It does not fit into the actual hearing aid. The hearing aid is an Oticon Minirite but this is the wrong fitting part.

Since we have now concluded that the part you received was also the part you ordered, and that you unfortunately ordered something else than what was suitable for your hearing aids, without our guidance AND we have issued a full refund to you eventhough you did not send back the unit to us, i think we went much further than what you can expect from our customer services, so i would have hoped that you would have reflected that in an updated TrustPilot review.
