I am from Fenman house, my concierge team are great , Jeena and Paulo are very good. When I need help, no matter how busy they are, they are always ready for me with very patient ,positive and practical characters . I feel grateful to have them in our residential community.

Our family experience living for several years at Fenman House in Kings Cross has been enhanced by the service; friendliness and care of our concierges Jeena and Paolo. They are both a font of knowledge about the building and how it functions. Equally they provide vital local London knowledge to my family who were new to London and the UK when we arrived. Excellent service.

Huge shoutout to Jeena and Paulo at Fenman House. They provide a great level of service and are always incredibly helpful and polite. They truly make Fenman House feel like home. Thank you both for everything you do!

Staying at tapestry apartments has been a wonderful experience. The staff at the concierge desk have really made my experience so special, they have all been so warm and welcoming but particularly Sara in the day times always being so accommodating & kind. Been a resident for almost 10 years now and the Concierge team, especially Deisy, Nem, Spiros and Jay have become an important part of my life and they have ensured my safety and wellbeing at every step. Although other parts of JAR could be irresponsive and less helpful, these people that I see on a daily basis working with the residents deserve a lot more recognition.

The reception staff are incredibly attentive and very friendly and polite to residents. They remind me if I’ve forgotten to collect a parcel, and if it’s heavy, they’ll help me carry it. I’m really happy living here.

Jeena and Paulo are both amazing! Always helpful, always genuine and just kind people. It’s a pleasure to talk to them in between going about my day as they always have interesting stories. Very happy to have them as our concierge.
