Very Good for Jar Lids
Very Good. The only slight problem was that the company ran out of Jam Jar lids design that I originally ordered without informing me, however made up for it by supplying more lids of a different design and refunded the difference of the lids I was originally after. Overall a good experience and will use again.

Too slow, no communication
4 days for royal mail to receive the goods, supposed to be 48 hour delivery. 1 week later still no sign of them
Ordered 14th today is 20th, still not delivery date.
Find it hard to believe the good reviews are genuine. Not my experience.

To keep the price right for our customers, we are sending the small parcels (up to 2kg) with Royal Mail or even with Yodel / Evri (up to 1kg).
As per tracking information, the parcel has been dispatched on January 16th. No more updates since then. We will check for updates and will contact you ASAP.
As we receive negative feedbacks on the cheaper shipping services, we will send all our parcels with our special fragile service, which will cost at least £7.00 for 10 jars and 20 lids instead of £3.99 the actual price.
In addition, all our reviews are more than genuine. We can give you all details of every customer who left a feedback and can be asked their opinion about their purchase. Please, let us know if you want this.
