Worse refund experience
It has been over a month now , no refunds, bad communication and lack of customer service. I love how they were so helpful and friendly when I was making purchases, but now suddenly they are busy to reply to messages/ calls. So frustrating, I just want my money back 😭

do not buy from them. they picked up my goods which were being returned as they did not represent the picture and a refund is impossible. they do not reply to your messages and are a fraudulent company. Do not buy from them. Spread the word. I now don't have the goods or the refund - its fraud.

Items are fairly priced and their customer service agent was so accommodating and helpful. It was an overall good experience.

We bought 2 briefcases from Jashanmal and left the items in the shop. After shopping around, we realized that even though the products were on discount, they were still expensive compared to similar items at other stores like Carrefour, where we found the same product at half the price. Despite Dubai law recommending returns within 7 days, they refused to issue a refund. It felt like our money was being held hostage. They used the tactic of offering huge discounts to lure customers, only to find out later that the products were still expensive when compared to competitors.

Very bad experience in the shop at Alwahda Mall AUH and Dubai Mall.
The price of the same item is higher than in other shops even with discounts!
Having no refund made it even worse.
I do not encourage buying from them before checking other shops.
Customer service needs guge improvement
Unfortunately, my experience with the customer service of this company has been extremely disappointing. It is evident that there is a pressing need for a significant improvement in their customer service department. Despite reaching out to them multiple times, both through phone calls and emails, I have never received any response. This lack of communication is not only frustrating, but it also reflects poorly on the company's dedication to providing satisfactory customer support.
In order to rectify this issue, it is crucial that the company takes immediate action to address and fix their customer service problems.
It is a shame that a company with presumably great products falls short in the area of customer service.

Would give 0 stars if that was an option. Only place in Dubai that takes 4 days to deliver something (dont work on saturday or sunday..this is the year 2023 😂😂). Whatsapp service NEVER has live agents. Call customer services and the line just goes dead. Call service centre and they can’t connect you with customer services. So basically no way of speaking to anyone. The worst retail service in UAE.

Worst online portal, ordered kipling bag was delivered after follow ups. Bag very small so asked for return/refund. After several follow ups courier collected now several follow ups are made for refund. They are not responding. Its an online scam with no updates on the order.

So I bought a coffee machine at Jashanmal online last October 6, 2023, and it broke immediately after using it twice. So I returned it to Jashanmal Abu Dhabi Mall (as instructed by them, which is really a big hassle for me) on October 13, 2023, and requested a replacement since I just bought the machine and it broke immediately, so it clearly means that there is really a problem with the machine.
After returning the machine on October 13, they called me on October 19 saying I could now collect the machine from Abu Dhabi Mall, and to my surprise, They just fixed the machine and DID NOT REPLACE IT!!
Now, the same problem came up. THE MACHINE IS BROKEN AGAIN on November 15, just almost a month of using it. It got broken again for the second time around! I called them on November 15 and they asked me to send proof through email, which I did. I requested a voucher this time so that I could just purchase a new machine, and voila! they got back to me on November 23, 9 days after I sent them my complaint just to inform me that they refused to give me a voucher! As usual, they instructed me again to just return the item to one of their service centers!!!!!
I cannot deal with this anymore, as I have to bring the machine back over and over again to their service center.
This is really frustrating and really inconvenient for me to go back and forth to return this item. what if this machine gets broken again for the third time? will they tell me to return it again?
THERE IS REALLY A PROBLEM WITH THE MACHINE, BUT THEY DON'T WANT TO GIVE ME A REPLACEMENT OR EVEN GIVE ME A VOUCHER SO I CAN PURCHASE A NEW ONE!
So if you are thinking of buying from Jashanmal please think 5x or even 10x before doing so.

I returned my trolley to MOE Carrefour on 28 September 2023 due to stitches issue and was told that it should be done within 2 weeks. I called to follow up after 8 days and no information given aside from "we will check and get back to you." I heard nothing from them so I followed up after 2 days and I was told that they just sent to outsource yesterday. You can imagine the frustration I am at this moment and the customer service they have in the service centre is too poor.
No follow up, no solution, no action and just being told they will "try" to get it back within 2 days. The delay, poor management and how they respond to questions is just infuriating. I am waiting for a solution and how I can get this done asap.

Their online platform is not up to the mark. Purchased a shoe, order# generated, its been 5 days, no status update, no response from any of the customer service option, email, call, Whatsapp. Cash collected as well.

I don't advise any one to buy from them, as their delivery team is not honest or trustful. We bought a Hoover freezer from them, at the time of delivery we have noticed scratches on the main door as well received an item not according to our request and we refused to sign the delivery note, the delivery man was keen only in getting my old freezer for his own well and didn't pay attention to my complain, and now it has been a week every time I am calling to follow up on my compalin, they are diverting the issue, Imagen i didn't operate the freezer and paid money just to get very bad service. Delivery team is a group of people covering for each others, literally this is done for their own benefit not customer benefit.
I refused to sign, but the delivery man entered in the system that delivery was made and did not report any of our complains.
Where is the trustful act in this behavior !!!
And after making so many calls, they debate with me that they should see the scratches to report.
The delivery guy, he forced me to keep the item claiming that they will take care of the issue following day, I am.sure he knew that no one will take care of my issue......he just wanted to finish off the job.

I have online ordered 3 way water dispenser i.e hot cold and normal water with refrigerator. Subsequent to delivery realised that only hot and cold water is dispensed and there is no refrigerator. After lodging complaint with great difficulty was able to reach their customer service and management who also were too insensitive to wrong product delivered and refused to do anything. It has been an extremely disappointed experience with them and will suggest to stay away from such unprofessional company. Will never buy any product ftom them after such terrible experience.
