Unreliable employees, v bad service. I ordered spare part for coffee maker three weeks ago didn’t get it although they promised to send within 3 days. They either make excuses or they don’t pick up phone. If there is less than one star i would have put it

Just found out about their online website recently. I ordered a pair of shoes and was amazed by their prices compared to others. I received my order in under 24 hours and their delivery courier called to ask if I'm available for delivery.
The items arrived in a prefect condition, not a single scratch on the shipping box nor the item's box. Will definitely consider ordering from them again!

Very Bad customer service when you order online. Bought an AC They delivered order with missing parts and missing remote.

Till now AC is not checked or fixed.

After sales service center has no customer service skills. Would not recommend online shopping option

Very disappointed at the quality of a recent delsey suitcase I bought from Jashanmal. After using it for the first time the wheel fell off. I took it to jashanmal service center and asked for refund. They took it and a few days later called me to say item is repaired. Having to repair after the first use does not give confidence in the reliability of the luggage and the last thing you need when traveling is damaged suitcases. Very poor service from From delsey and jashanmal. Not what I expected from a supposed superior quality retailer.

On the 25th of November I bought a washing machine from their website.
On the 30th of November, the machine arrived but the guys just left the washing machine outside of my kitchen and left.

I had to wait some days until I found a plumber who could install the machine as Sharaf DF said that they could not provide a person to install it. This made the whole process to be so slow.
When the plumber I paid installed the machine, the machine presented an error right away.
The code E02 was showing all the time on the screen and the machine would not start.

I called the plumber again, waiting more days to get it fixed. The plumber's answer was that the machine was faulty, so I called Sharaf DG on the 14th December to change the machine.
Notice that the machine was still not being issued... And it's a new machine!!

Thursday, the 16th of December, a guy from Jashanmal came to check the washing machine. He used 2 hours and left the kitchen completely dirty and wet. He said that he could not fix the machine and that it had to be programmed at their workshop. So he took the machine and told me that it would be back Saturday, the 18th of December.

Saturday I waited the whole day at home, cancelling my plans to wait for the machine.
The technician never came and nobody called me to notify me about it.
I called their service number 20 times, which they NEVER pick up!!!
I ended up calling Sharaf DG and calling with 3 different people to get answers or an explanation, and nobody can tell me where the washing machine that I have paid on the 25th of November is!!!

I have been without a washing machine for almost a month. I have had to pay for laundry service which has already cost me 400 AED, and only because this company does not provide installation and their service partner cannot provide me with a solution.

I have used unlimited time and money on calls to Sharaf DG and Jashanmal, because nobody is calling me and notifying me what is going on.

I WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT CARE ONE SINGLE BIT ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. STAY AWAY FROM IT!
