Took out a 2 day insurance and did not receive documentation needed for proof of insurance there for I could not drive. I contacted them and they said there was something wrong with there system and couldn’t get documents downloaded. Total wast of money.

Very disappointing.

I took out a week long business insurance policy on my vehicle. All seemed great but the policy documents were never sent to me and I was unable to access them online. I used their chat function and was told it would be passed to their IT support, I didn’t hear further. I emailed 3 times and got no response. As I needed to provide the policy details to the company I work for I was unable to use my vehicle for the reason I’d insured it.
The company seem very happy to take money, but the customer support is sadly non-existent, which then makes me question the service if you need to make a claim. Very disappointing.

Can’t go wrong

Can’t go wrong. Easy to apply for cover and prices are alot cheaper than other competitors.

Sent me my policy well before the cover started and informed me when the cover ended. Would use again if I needed to

Found Jaunt online

Found Jaunt online, I just needed 10 hrs cover, which they supplied but charged me then didn't send me policy, so when I tried to sort you can't speak to anyone. So ended up having take out another policy at an extra charged policy. CS is poor wouldn't recommend at all.

Shocking service

Shocking service ! Can’t speak to anyone . Paid for a policy and it never came through . I then received an email apologising as they had a technical error and a refund would be issued . 3 weeks later and I’m still waiting even after emailing them , I can’t even give them the policy number as it never came through !

Still no refund for not giving me my…

Still no refund for not giving me my policy despite saying it will take 10 days it has now been 12. Avoid this company

PAYMENT TAKEN NO POLICY ACTIVE

I have been a Jaunt customer for approximately eight months, and I am extremely disappointed with the service I recently received. On 7 December 2025, I attempted to purchase a 9-day insurance policy for my vehicle (SG60 ZTK), commencing at 15:00 the same day. Although the payment was taken from my account immediately, the Jaunt website displayed a technical error and showed no active policy. No insurance certificate or documentation was issued.

This is the second time I have experienced this exact problem. Being charged for a policy that is not activated is a serious service failure, particularly from a company providing legally required insurance cover.

I have now had to request an urgent refund, and I expect this matter to be resolved promptly. However, these recurring issues raise significant concerns about the reliability and accountability of Jaunt’s systems. Based on my recent experiences, I cannot recommend Jaunt until they address these technical faults and ensure customers receive the policies they pay for.

I needed insurance on a family members…

I needed insurance on a family members car whilst sharing the driving for a weekend away. It was very easy to set up and reasonably priced. Would definitely use again.

No changes allowed!

Took out insurance to cover a car whilst it was being sold. The car was on a private plate and about a week into the insurance (taken for 28 days) we needed to remove the plate and put the car back into its old plates. We were not permitted to change the plate in the policy and basically paid £200 for a week’s cover. Went elsewhere for cover after the plate change.

I'm sorry to hear you are disappointed with our policy terms. Once you’ve paid for your insurance, you can’t change it. To change something, you need to cancel your insurance and set up a new policy. We do our best to make this clear to our customers before the policy is set up by asking them to agree to the terms and conditions before purchase. Expensive so avoid!

Useful as it was an emergency but it is a scam to charge £35 a day to use a 2014 car of my mother in law, to someone who has 7 years+ no claim bonus. Next time it's more convenient renting a car.
