I questioned my renewal quote
I questioned my renewal quote stating it had increased by 6.5% with inflation being 3%. I had an alternative quote which was lower than my renewal. I asked if the price could be looked at. They checked and reduced the premium, why did I not have this price first time having been a loyal customer for many years with my classic cars.

It was easy to set up the new insurance. 1 phone call to get an original quote before the car arrived plus an easy 2nd call when we knew the actual arrival date. Agent seemed knowledgeable and although he covered all the necessary terms and conditions, did not follow a crib sheet religiously - a welcome change from some organisations. Price was competitive but I only gave 4 stars because the real test is if we ever have to make a claim!
