Love the clothes, sell some items in local boutiques, good customer service happy with my purchases.

The items I ordered were out of stock but the customer service team immediately emailed me and helped me find the closest replacement. They were really understanding and kind! Plus the clothes are excellent too.

Really lovely dress, I read a bunch of reviews and did the measurements. This company only really make clothes for smaller sized people, I thought I'd chance this design on my bust and luckily the fabric was very stretchy! I wear a UK 16 due to my bust but my waist is a UK 12, this dress fits really nicely on my awkward shape and doesn't hang off me like a tent. Beautiful pattern print and cool enough to wear in the summer. 10/10 would buy again! X

The shirt fits super nicely and the shipping was really fast. Even though this was shipped to mainland Europe I didn't have to pay additional customs fees on it.

Jawbreaker are very fast becoming my new favourite website for alternative clothing - I am always impressed with the quality of each item and as great as they look online they always look even better in person; sadly this hasn’t always been my experience with online retailers so it’s been a really pleasant surprise!

I ordered the Magic Trees backpack for my (10 year old goth in the making) daughter as she fell in love with it on sight - it’s huge and made of very thick, sturdy feeling vinyl, really well made. She loves it and it’s perfect for sleepovers, swimming and everyday, the only thing is she loves it too much to use it for school which was the original idea 😹 I also got the slightly smaller “hell no” backpack for myself as a carry on bag when travelling (I use a smaller handbag for day to day.) I usually prefer all black or black and white designs but this one reminded me of cross stitch embroidery and I thought it was really unique - it’s great quality, really roomy and very easily identifiable as mine from a distance at work or the gym!

I’d had my eye on the ouija hoodie for a while but wasn't quite sure (I don’t wear hoodies as a rule, I tend to prefer cardigans and jumpers) but I’m so glad to have this one. Again it’s great quality and the cut (which did put me off initially, it’s slightly longer at the back and shorter at the front which I haven’t seen before so wasn’t sure how it would sit on me) makes it stand out and actually makes the fit more flattering and less bulky; I love it! The text on the sleeves and hood are actually embroidered as well and it’s so comfortable - warm enough when it’s chilly but light enough to carry around just in case on a warm day.

I expected the ruched dress to be made of quite stiff material and was worried it might not be comfortable - I ordered it as I loved the way it looked and thought I would just put up with it for special occasions if I was right…it’s actually soft and stretchy, so flattering and much more versatile than I thought it would be, I can’t wait to wear it on my next night out!

I also got the lace knit long cardigan as I have the shorter version and absolutely love it - again it’s gorgeous material, really soft and comfortable and slightly unusual with the bell sleeves and handkerchief hem; it will be perfect with either the ruched dress or the crepe Playsuit (which I ordered for work and also love - really lightweight for the hot summer days which is exactly what I purchased it for.)

I have honestly been so impressed with every item I have ordered from Jawbreaker and the service has been fantastic - they’re now my first stop when I’m looking for something new (e.g. a dress for a night out or a cardigan to bring a bit of personality to a plainer work outfit.) I can’t believe it’s taken me so long to start purchasing from them but I will definitely be a returning customer!

Saw this in a shop and it was out of my price range. Went on to the Web site and it was on sale. Half the price of the shop. It arrived really quickly and is such good quality. First time with the brand and I'm hooked. So happy
