This is by far the worst delivery company in the UK. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid them at all costs. Their service is extremely slow, and they never provide proper updates on deliveries.
I’d much rather pay extra and choose a reputable courier service next time. If you’re not serious about running a reliable business, then you shouldn’t be in this industry at all.

The driver couldn't find my address, which any GPS shows well. And on the second day, they simply didn't deliver my package because we didn't answer the driver's call.

I've been waiting for a parcel for 9 days! No wonder the delivery charge (on Vinted) was so cheap. I'd never heard of Relay before. Will be avoiding them at all costs from now on. There should be an option to guve zero stars btw...

Honestly deserved -stars I don’t know if they’re just lazy or stupid don’t even bother trying to deliver your order they just get off early and put “sorry we missed you” on my next day delivery then reschedule for a Sunday? 2 days after it was ment to be delivered then the option to pick it up today on Saturday from a shop near by is unavailable take the piss useless service.
Was he casing the joint ?
Had a small packaged pushed through my letter box. Saw the delivery guy on the ring doorbell as he was taking a photo of letter box - don’t have a problem with that . Then he walked down my drive and took a photo of my house which seemed odd and then when he was on the pavement he took a full frame photo of the whole house . It felt like he was casing the joint !! I went out to challenge him and he said it was what he had to do - it felt very uncomfortable and very suspicious

Modern day slavery at its finest x10, and if your a good experienced courier who manages to beat their route estimate times they will deduct a percentage of the fare total route, even though customer service is polite with their generic replies its very poor customer service and comunication between departments and slow proceses handling queries especially in serious situations like them stealing money after routes completed. For example i done a £25 route amd had 1 fail delivery, then ended up paying me £19. What a joke. I expect them to suspened my courier account in approximatly 1 week after this review being posted as it takes time to filter through to the relevent departments for them to do so due to this review as they done previously for false reasons. For example i purposefully waited 1 month without doing a route over xmas then i posted a honest bad review about there lower than minimum wage pay and they banned me after 1 week stating i have too many lost parcels, wich is false and i have proof, bare in mind i never done a route for 1 month and 1 week at that time 🤣... many of their couriers are substitutes and ive even witnessed a courier walking with a suitcase delivering parcels for them... total joke.. i currently am employed with every last mile courier platform in london and i have no issue working for any of them and never have a issue with them, but when it cones to relay, they pay their office staff minimum wage wich is what they are trying to do to drivers wich once again, is a big NONO especially for skilled drivers. Have a great day, i look forward to the suspension after this review filtering through to relevent departments in roughly 5-8 days.

Relay is a terrible company. Just received a delivery at 10pm at night!! Like Evri they probably do not have permanent delivery staff but give delivery jobs to self employed delivery people who are paid buttons so then take on as many jobs as possible to ensure they earn enough then drive around like headless chickens to complete their daily work load. Under such stress standards can inevitably drop. I've had some drop the parcel at the door and walk away without knocking. Im not impressed. Take on a permanent delivery team for crying out loud. I dont blame the drivers I blame Relay.

If only I could give zero stars. What an absolute joke. Are these drivers lazy or just plain stupid. Package left and photographed by the lifts in my block of flats with 19 floors. Of course package nowhere to be found once ive got home from work 10 hours after delivery time!! Another Evri!!

This is an absolute joke—attempting delivery at 9–10pm. I always have my orders sent to my workplace, so obviously no one is at reception at that time. I’ve checked the CCTV, and they didn’t even attempt to press the buzzer. There are constant failed deliveries and no option to change the delivery preferences

Don't rely on relay‼️They had to deliver a parcel at post office and at 11:15 on a Thursday they marked as "attempt failed". They've lost my parcel, I believe. Or simply, they are lazy.

This disgusting excuse of a Company didnt inform me of a pending delivery. So. It eas then passed as "failed delivery"! Then on the 15th i was expecting parcel to be delivered again. I waited in all day on the 15th April, but again they breached the "citizens charter" and failed to give a delivery time of PM or AM time. Tgis Company have got me really angry and annoyed! Crap!

parcel sent to a shop a 1hr 30 drive from me
I have had this company attempt to deliver parcels to me twice one was delivered to a pick up point 1.30h drive away the other side of London ! And the other was delivered a 30 min drive.. when I have loads of shops in my area that it could have gone to although I did pay for it to be delivered to my address.. Every time I see its being shipped though relay I know I won’t be seeing the delivery. - also I never got sent a QR code to even collect them and never heard anything back from the customer service, so when I did drive the 30 mins I came back with nothing
