THIS IS A WARNING TO ANY COURIERS THINKING OF TRYING THIS PLATFORM!! DO NOT BOTHER. IT IS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME. I WAS AN ACTIVE COURIER AND WAS COMPLETELY LOCKED OUT OF THE SYSTEM BECAUSE MY APP GLITCHED SO BAD THAT THE ONLY INLY OPTION WAS TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT. THEN I HAD TO WAIT 30 DAYS FOR MY DETAILS TO CLEAR FROM THE SYSTEM, I WAITED 35 THEN SET UP A NEW ACCOUNT TO WHICH I COULDNT GET PAST VERIFICATION. I AM STILL IN THIS SITUATION NOW AND HAVE BEEN SINCE THE END OF SEPTEMBER, YES THE END OF SEPTEMBER AND NO ITS NOVEMBER AND I STILL FEEL NO CLOSER TO GETTING IT RESOLVED. I HAD A GOOD STANDING ON THE PLATFORM AND WAS GOLD TIER WHICH IS ONE BELOW THE BEST AND I STILL CANT GET IT SORTED! THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT THEIR LOYAL COURIERS! BUT THEN WHEN A FEW PARCELS ARE SHOWING AS OUTSTANDING I HAD SOMEONE FROM RELAY RINGING ME STRAIGHT AWAY BUT WHEN YOU'RE STRUGGLING OR NEED HELP? SILENCE. GO WITH AMAZON FLEX DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!

Delivered my parcel to the wrong place without telling me due to “capacity”. Emailed them and they said “it wasn’t their responsibility”

What a shower, why would anyone use this company!!!!
As a company owner who was /is expecting a delivery from them to find out they are the most useless delivery service on the planet. Any retailer who used this service has let there customers down!!! In my case I contacted customer services if you can get to talk to someone, this company is a scam sorry but nothing ever arrives!!!! I don't mind my credit card company will just refund me, but that's n not the point, get your act together or get out of the game, and let a real company with customers best interests there goal do the job.

Absolute rubbish. I'm reluctant to give this company one star. They deliver your parcels to anywhere they want. Take a picture which is of nothing and then expect you to accept that this company needs closing down.

Doesn't knock just throws it over gate constantly. They've taken the crown of worst delivery company.

I have been waiting for a parcel from them for weeks keeps saying it’s on its way. It’s a pair of socks for heavens sake. Get your finger out and deliver my parcel.

Confusing app too

Parcel thrown over my front gate into the mud. Public footpath 1m from gate. My open Front porch just 20m from gate - a small 20 second walk. If this type of delivery normal, would definitely not recommend Relay Delivery Service.5th

Customer service over run, automated response back to say they receive my query and no further correspondence. Vinted parcel has vanished and no updates what so ever made to wait a month for it to be investigated and which is no use to me nor my buyer.! Awful service and its the 3rd parcel now this has happened to. No updates on vinted as ordered do not update..and then randomly turns up. Just poor service you need to rethink your business model and quickly before it damages you even more.! Will not be using again as I know many others won't be either

Shocking how slow the service is

I don't want to rate even one star. 2 of my deliveries were very late and they lost of my parcel. One arrives after 24 days of the delivery date. I mean worse experience and worse service i ever seen in uk.

Rubbish service….hand to resident or leave in a safe place….as Jim Royle would say “my arse”. Parcel was left in FULL view of path / road….even had the nerve to take two photos, one of the path where main picture was taken from showing parcel. Avoid like the plague…a truly ‘cowboy service’ as proved by their ‘reviews’ on all platforms. Only lucky my neighbour had seen it had not been taken in and removed it to stop it being stolen

The worst courier service I ever received from. When I buy anything now, I look to see if the courier is Relay and AVOID.
It should not be this stressful receiving parcels
Get your act together Relay or change your name to DELAY, waiting 3 weeks to receive a parcel is pathetic

I would give this company 0 stars if I could.

I’ve now had two parcels stolen on two separate occasions, and I genuinely don’t understand how this company is still allowed to operate.

If you’re not home, the delivery driver takes a photo of the parcel being held outside your door, marks it as delivered, and then the parcel mysteriously disappears. This has now happened to me twice.

Trying to contact the company is an absolute nightmare. None of the contact buttons on their website seem to work, and when you finally manage to get through via email, they simply stop responding and ignore your messages.

To make matters worse, there doesn’t appear to be a physical address where you can go to resolve these issues in person.

Absolutely disgraceful service. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this company at all costs.

Having read reviews I was expecting the worse BUT I found the service amazing, I had lots of updates, there is also track my parcel if further updates are needed. The driver was on time, polite and the bonus was he closed my gate

If there is a place where I wish to see this company to end it would be hell.
They just reach a 100% of failure. I got 10+ shipments going in or out and not even one has been delivered on time.
2 being lost, 3 delayed for over 2 weeks, 1 driver took to a wrong adress ( i have been lucky it goes to the person I know ). It's completely unacceptable to not even try to met any standards as for the shipping company.
One good thing from the bottom it's easy way to improve, however there needs to be a will to do so.
Honestly the worst shipping company I have to dealt with. As long as they are so unreliable I would not use them anymore and it's such a shame I am forced to use their services by Vinted etc.

Relay switched my vinted item over during transportation and my buyer received a totally different item to what I sent at a much lesser value. I've had no communication whatsoever from Relay and now my funds are still being held by Vinted over the matter. Stay clear - I've never had this problem with other shipping providers!
