Worst courier I could possibly think of! Ordered a parcel even ordered next day delivery for the fastest form in shipping. The parcel came 4 days later than the estimated date which was supposed to be the longest it would come. No updates. Emailed customer service completely useless. By the time the parcel had arrived I had already left the city and then had to get it shippped to me when I no longer needed them. Would not want to see my parcel being delivered by them again!

Absolute vile delivery company the driver has delivered my parcel to a different address. The customer has refused to open the door and give me the parcel. I contacted relay on many occasions on email as their is no contact number etc and in a space of a month they have wrote to me twice asking me to claim a refund from the retailer I brought from which is totally disgusting as they have done nothing from their side and sent out the parcel as normal. The drivers these lot have hired are not capable of following maps. I’ve never ever had these issues with any other delivery company. I have even stated I will take this matter further but they have shown absolute 0 care what so ever. Please everyone avoid using this company for your parcels. You will not hear from them and neither will they compensate the loss they have put you through.

Quite possibly the worst courier service ever. I’ve only had a few recent deliveries but on each occasion I have opened my front door to find a package on the floor. No ringing of the doorbell or knocking, no notice to say anything has been delivered. I definitely won’t be using them to send a package.

Somehow delivered an order to me from someone I’ve never bought from. Never got what I paid for and are taking ages responding to Vinted to sort out what happened. Do not use this company.

Horrible, I bought 2 packages that were supposed to be delivered on October 15th and both trackings froze on “relay has your package” since the 14th October. Today 2nd November both packages have been cancelled. I have sent multiple emails to relay and they have not once replied.

Great if you want your delivered parcel to be left on the front door step in full view of the street, regardless of the weather conditions!

They add insult to injury by sending you several texts confirming your safe place - just so they can ignore it.

If you’re looking for a company who actually delivers, rather than abandons, your parcel be sure to look elsewhere.

Service in the shop was appalling . Premier shop on Alexandra road kingsthorpe , Northampton service appalling. Shop owner expects you to get your own parcel and is very against white women ! Used the terms people like you are always in a rush. Took too long for me to wait for parcel to be scanned. I left he’s shouted after me and put his arm out as if to touch me. I told him not up touch me people in street were looking he took photo of me and my car. Very horrible situation

Would Give Zero If I Could!
Without a doubt, one of the most horrific, pathetic and utterly disgraceful delivery experiences I have ever had. From start to finish, the entire process has been an absolute nightmare.
The company claimed my parcel had been delivered and eventually sent me a collection code to pick it up from a designated shop. I travelled to the shop, only to discover that THE PARCEL WAS NOT EVEN THERE!
How can a company issue a collection code for a parcel that isn't even available for collection? What sort of incompetent, disorganised and unreliable operation is this?
The entire experience has been nothing short of appalling. Misleading delivery information, wasted journeys, wasted time, unnecessary frustration and absolutely no confidence in their service whatsoever.
This is not just poor customer service – it is a complete failure of the most basic responsibility of a parcel delivery company: actually delivering the parcel!
I genuinely cannot understand how a company can operate with such shocking standards. The service is unprofessional, unreliable and completely unacceptable.
My advice to anyone considering using this company: AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS! I would never willingly use this delivery service again.
An absolute disgrace from beginning to end. Zero stars would still be too generous!

Relay is by far the worst delivery carrier I have ever dealt with.
Tracking takes around 7–10 days, and this is already the third parcel where the tracking simply says “Picked up by carrier” and then nothing happens. The worst part is that these are UK domestic deliveries, so there is no reason for things to take this long once a parcel has been collected.
On top of that, there is no customer service telephone number at all. The only way to contact them is by email, and even then, it takes 3–5 days just to receive a reply saying they will look into it.
Two of my parcels have eventually been declared lost. And when you go back to Vinted, you're told you have to wait a whole month before a parcel can officially be considered lost.
The entire process is ridiculous: extremely slow deliveries, virtually no customer support and no proper resolution when parcels go missing. A truly terrible service.

Initially o was hopeful for this company, there seems to be a lot of issues surrounded courier companies and their lack of reliability. Unfortunately they are possibly now on par with Evri. Totally awful service, no communication whatsoever. 4 parcels took an age to reach their destination and one was returned to sender! Yet to receive this so we shall see how that transpires. I will be removing g them from my list of couriers.

Never buying anything using Relay. Slow. Lack of updates. When things go wrong the company is of no help. The UK doesn’t need yet another cheap courier service with a lack of accountability.

“Tried” 3 times to deliver my parcel but when I tracked the driver no body even came near I contacted the company 3 time with no response

I have had the same issue TWICE!
Both times there was someone in my house and the delivery driver never attempted to knock on the door, both times they have LEFT my parcel outside from Temu. The first time was during a storm as well and the second they just left it in my garden. I am disgusted with the service and the delivery driver!

Ordered item on vinted, first was given a qr code but went to collect and the shop had to refuse some parcels as too many, but relay insisted on taking ALL parcels back. Then 3/4 days later I received another qr code. This time I went to collect and apparently 82 parcels had been stolen! Tried repeatedly to contact and get some answer but impossible!!NO replies from Relay, No assistance from Relay and obviously NO resolution

If I could give 0 or minus stars, I would! Similarly to a lot of reviews on here it seems, a Vinted buyer of one of my items used a Relay shipping label. There were many delays with no explanation, and when the parcel eventually arrived to them, it had been completely ripped open, the item removed, and the empty packaging posted through the letterbox.
Seeing as there are so many similar comments on here, I have absolutely no idea how this delivery service is still operational. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

They have had my.parcel for 8 days, no update and have not even responded to 3 emails asking where it is.

Not sure why they have not gone into administration with such poor service.

Very bad service. First complaint I took a parcel to Relay shop on 11 October in the evening about 9.30pm. The shop assistant place a sticker on my parcel and scanned it and I received notification. The next morning the 12 October no sign or email of Relay Tracking number. I went back to the relay shop 3 times and asked them to check their cctv so they can see if they can obtain the tracking reference. No help from the shop whatsoever so 7 Pink cd Singles and album missing and when I email Relay customer service not even no explanation. The second complaint another parcel collected by Relay courier on 13 October for a delivery in London . On 28 October because the buyer messaged me for an update notification. On 28 October at 04:34:20 notified lost in transit and for myself to contact Vinted. If all parcels are tracked then how come parcel is missing and why should I have to contact Vinted. Vinted didn't pick up the parcel Relay driver did so are you properly vetting your drivers because you are advertising so long you got a van. Buyers and sellers should not used Relay until they get their act together. Every parcel should be checked list before collecting and dropping off and the checklist thoroughly checked at main depot. No parcels should be going missing if doing your job properly.

Terrible service. They had my package in their possession for just under a week with no attempts of delivery. They exceeded their delivery due date and failed to update me about anything. Finally got my package days after the delivery due date. Appalling customer service
