If there is a place where I wish to see this company to end it would be hell.
They just reach a 100% of failure. I got 10+ shipments going in or out and not even one has been delivered on time.
2 being lost, 3 delayed for over 2 weeks, 1 driver took to a wrong adress ( i have been lucky it goes to the person I know ). It's completely unacceptable to not even try to met any standards as for the shipping company.
One good thing from the bottom it's easy way to improve, however there needs to be a will to do so.
Honestly the worst shipping company I have to dealt with. As long as they are so unreliable I would not use them anymore and it's such a shame I am forced to use their services by Vinted etc.

Relay switched my vinted item over during transportation and my buyer received a totally different item to what I sent at a much lesser value. I've had no communication whatsoever from Relay and now my funds are still being held by Vinted over the matter. Stay clear - I've never had this problem with other shipping providers!

I have 8 Vinted parcels that are now stuck on 'On it's way', some dating back for weeks. I have had no response from Relay and have tried contacting them various ways. SUPER unhappy as some of the new items were to be Christmas gifts.

Over the last couple of weeks Ive had parcels via Relay and three times there’s been a mix up. This time it’s been delivered to a Newsagents I don’t even know. Gave me a name that doesn’t exist. No QR code just an address, after searching for some time found it under different name. Shops please don’t use them.

I bought an item on Vinted - seller posted it on 27 October, tracking wasn’t updated to reflect that so I contacted Relay customer services on 30 October and a couple of days later tracking was updated to say the parcel is delayed. Now on 4 November there is no further update and the parcel still hasn’t arrived. Vinted have cancelled the order - I still want the item but who knows where it is and the seller is out of pocket. Relay’s tracking doesn’t work, they don’t respond to customer service enquiries and they don’t actually deliver parcels so not really a parcel delivery service. I will NEVER use them again.

I dropped my 2 parcels 5 days ago. Still hasn’t been collected , no updates provided
No contact from Relay to explain why it was delayed
I contacted them and had a standard acknowledgement reply
I will not use this service again

Instead of any automation or any system. Collecting my package was put in the hands of a man with a handwritten notebook of about 30 pages with scribbled letters in no real order, of which he would slowly flick through looking for my random selection of scribbled letters. It queue took so long, although arriving at 9pm I can only imagine they were still eating breakfast at the front.

This company is sincerely run by complete and utter imbeciles and Cowboys.

15 parcels still missing/outstanding and not one single response received from an email or contact form submission to them.

If you haven’t read all the reviews about this company make sure you do before making the mistake of using them.

Rude, incompetent, no customer services contact available, for buyers/sellers or the shops where the items are supposed to be delivered to. No one knows if they are legit, gone bust or what is going on but have Contacted consumer Focus and trading standards are already investigating them with multiple complaints pending.

I wouldn’t have gave it a star rating but had to so I could write my review.
Company is a joke late deliveries and they don’t read instructions. Had 3 deliveries in the past latest one today leaving parcels outside main door to a block of flats parcels being taken. I told them if not in leave with neighbour don’t leave outside doors as getting taken and what have they done yet again left outside neighbours door not even knocked on my door or left parcel there. Disgusting service if there the couriers that ever deliver anything I’m buying I just won’t buy 😤

The order was supposed to be delivered on Sunday the 01.11.2026, i left instructions to leave it in front of the door. They sent a text that delivery in front of the door was unsuccessful. Then another text they will deliver on 03.11.2026 but they have now disappeared with the order. Scam company

Driver left the parcel on my neighbours doorstep then took a picture of the door without the parcel and said it was behind their bin!! It wasnt left behind the bin!

I would have rated them as Zero if i could having a disability it hard for me to get out of the house, so have items delivered to my door or should i say I use to have items delivered to the door until Relay started , now they say they cant find the address and take it to a drop of shop only for it to go missing and then its one excuse after another, i asked someone to collect mine and they was told to look through a big bag /Box at the back of the shop and find it, no wonder that they go missing.You are Cleary discriminating against the disabled with this service you are supposed to be running. A reply would be good but if its anything like the delivery service then i wont get one, so i wont hold my breath. From Elizabeth

The worst delivery company! They stole few of my parcels over Christmas

They sent a package to a different (and distant) pickup point without notifying me. When I reached out to resolve the situation, they responded with automated messages, as if I were the one trying to change the delivery location. They offered no help whatsoever. I am very disappointed with them.

Relay has a poor customer service by leaving a package outside the door leaving it at high risk of getting robbed. Not trust delivery company, not recommended them.

Parcel has no tracking update but after a few days when it should’ve arrived, i get a message saying due from today’s date to a date of 4-5 weeks time!!!
Difficult to message customer service but when i finally managed to, i get a generic confirmation that ill get a response in 72 hours but i never get any follow up!
Have listed the first but have many items that I’m repeating same procedure for each and never get a follow up!

Worst delivery service ever AVOID

Avoid, they lost my parcel, customer service did not reply. Scammers

Worst courier I could possibly think of! Ordered a parcel even ordered next day delivery for the fastest form in shipping. The parcel came 4 days later than the estimated date which was supposed to be the longest it would come. No updates. Emailed customer service completely useless. By the time the parcel had arrived I had already left the city and then had to get it shippped to me when I no longer needed them. Would not want to see my parcel being delivered by them again!

Absolute vile delivery company the driver has delivered my parcel to a different address. The customer has refused to open the door and give me the parcel. I contacted relay on many occasions on email as their is no contact number etc and in a space of a month they have wrote to me twice asking me to claim a refund from the retailer I brought from which is totally disgusting as they have done nothing from their side and sent out the parcel as normal. The drivers these lot have hired are not capable of following maps. I’ve never ever had these issues with any other delivery company. I have even stated I will take this matter further but they have shown absolute 0 care what so ever. Please everyone avoid using this company for your parcels. You will not hear from them and neither will they compensate the loss they have put you through.
