Professional, straight forward and very easy to deal with by email or telephone

I’ve dealt with Furkan for quite some time now through JBR and he has always gone the extra mile to help with my purchases. JBR are very professional in my opinion and make my buying experience really easy and enjoyable.

Provided a loan in November 21. Final payment of £25k due in November 25, vehicle is now worth £18k with mileage in line with agreement.
Settlement figure of £33k means JBR Capital have exposed me to an uninsurable risk of £15k.
I’m unable to insure against this and therefore cannot use the vehicle in case it is written off.
JBR refuse to acknowledge and responsibility even though they calculated the loan.

Excellent customer service - best I have experienced by far with a car finance company.

This is my second agreement with them. My first was a Lamborghini Urus. I was not impressed with this car and the assisted in getting me back into an Audi R8 (a much faster more exciting car by a country mile).

Furkan's communication was excellent throughout, telling me what was needed to prove affordability, settling my old agreement and paying out for my new one. A breeze.

What differentiates JBR to others I have used, is the person touch, rather than a hidden risk assessor making a decision as if produced by computer.

Give these guys a try, if you don't meet the criteria too, they will tell you what they need for anyone having difficulty.

I have used JBR multiple times and the service has always been excellent. This time round was no exception.

Furkan is my point of contact for whenever I am looking for a new car and he is exceptional at what he does. Furkan was able to quote on multiple vehicles and parameters without any bother and is always available on WhatsApp to keep me up to date throughout the whole process.

JBR isn’t a typical finance house, they understand the customer and build a relationship with you which I appreciate.

For now I will enjoy my new car but I’ll be back when it is time to change!

After reading reviews and searching the net I chose JBR Capital.
I was dealing with Sohiel who made the experience easy, informative and value for money. If he couldn’t take the call he would call me back within an hour. The team behind the scenes were also helpful when it came to specific information and processes.
I’ll be using them again given my first experience with JBR…..bottom line is they care.
