I had a great experience buying my tailor-made suit. The measurements were incredibly detailed, and the back-and-forth with the tailors really showed in the final result. The suit turned out high quality and very close to the original from the show. Highly recommend!

Suit did NOT match the measurements provided and there is no recourse. I even paid a seamstress to measure and confirm that what they sent did not match what we provided AND to see if she could fix it so he could wear the suit to prom. She could not. The material was much higher quality than expected and customer service actually responded, which is the reason for 2 stars instead of 1. We knew they had a zero return policy and I caved to my son really wanting to order the LaLa Land suit against my better judgement. I am sure they get some of them right based on reviews, but I would never roll these dice again. He is a regular height and size athlete - 5'10", 175...not pudgy or odd shaped. They literally just did not make the suit to the specs provided.

I was a little skeptical at first due to the lack of information about JBsuits. But when I say I could not recommend more. Amanda worked with me 1 on 1 to find and make sure all my sizes were right. Then they had it made and shipped to me within 2 weeks. Quality is great. Would/probably will buy from again!

Fantastic suit and coat, extremely happy with both purchases- we bought the blue David Tennant suit and long coat, amazing attention to detail on both, would recommend, all questions answered quickly, kept up to date with delivery. Delivery was impressively quick.

I ordered a JB suit online with free shipping -
Firstly the web site charged shipping which was refunded promptly after I contacted customer services .
Suit arrived after 3 weeks and all I can say is disappointed ! The quality of the workman ship was poor finishing poor , trousers too big on the waist , suit jacket 1.5” short on arms, waistcoat cut was nothing like the picture advertised. I dont think they even quality check before they shipped the item out - however customer services acknowledged the mistakes and offered a 30 % discount , which I rejected as the suit is useless to me . I asked for a refund and they agreed and organised collection . I won’t be ordering again, best to go into a shop and try a suit on. I can say customer service were good in their communication and acted swiftly to refund me .

They start by being extremely thorough in getting your sizes are correct. The time it took from time of ordering to delivery was just around three weeks. The quality is so much better than the price. Cannot recommend JB Suits enough.

Very good quality and excellent service, above and beyond in my opinion. Making sure to double check any measurements that may be questionable based on the tailors experience, fast shipping and a perfect fit.

I just received my suit and overcoat and all I can say is WOW!! I loved the premise of the business but as many a little worried about getting a custom tailored suit online. Well I was wrong to worry. The quality is amazing as well as the fit. Quality easily good enough that this will be used for work as well as fun!!

Now, this is my fav suit in my wardrobe. I found this jbsuit website from facebook page and placed my order for my graduation celebration. The suit is good in quality and not too expensive. I would love recommend it to my fellow friends and the one who is worried of online tailored suit.

I ordered myself a Dr Who suit so time ago. Now the problem was that being a woman I wasn't sure how I would have to adjust measurements. I wrote emails and didn't get an answer. Then I took the chance and just ordered with my measures and a comment, to please please contact me about the measurements. No reply again. I just suddenly received a suit that luckily fit. Its not perfect as its for men, though:
* the arms are too wide. I guess they cannot adjust the cut to womens' thin arms
* the crotch is weird

Allover I have to tell you though: the suit is incredibly well sewn. As a woman I am typically lucky to get some reasonable lining in suit jackets. This jacket is incredibly nice and elaborate! I wear the suit in the office
