My experience was great. I received a prompt response. To ensure my measurements were correct. There was a team-oriented atmosphere during my service.

Sent the wrong suit.

I was sent the incorrect suit/color/fabric/etc. This was not realized until wedding rehearsal (when standing next to the wedding party and I was a different shade of gray from the rest) and now the customer service agent refuses to acknowledge that I was sent the wrong suit and not attempting to rectify the situation at all. Terrible service all around.

Very pleased and surprised. I have ordered two suits to date and the cut and quality are top notch. Recieved both suits within 2 to 3 weeks. You will have to get them dry cleaned upon arrival. Unsure as to the degree of fabric, but seems to be mostly wool from the look and feel. Simply can't beat the price for made to measure. Being a huge bond fan helps.

Excellent service. What can I say. Perfectly tailored suit received surprisingly quickly at a fraction of the price I normally pay. I will definitely be ordering more.

The good construction of this dinner suit combines with the impeccable craftsmanship and customer service made it one of remarkable shopping experiences for me.

Tailor was very professional, he noticed that 2 measurements didn't seem to ad up and I was contacted and advised to review and get the correct measurements before they proceeded. Suit was impeccable and I had a compliment giving by the event organizer for our wedding...... she said if there was an award for best dressed groom of 2019, hands down it was for me, thank you Sonya from the Hart House...... The ivory James bond suit was my choice and midnight blue dinner tuxedos for the groomsmen

The suit is amazing, it fits perfectly. The person helping me did a great job answering all my questions and I would recommend this place to friends.

I love the fabric. It was extremely well made and they walked me through everything! The customer service experience was absolutely the best I have ever had!

I have purchased 3 suits from jbsuits and have never had an issue. Always fit and quality was very good. Email contact is not immediate but not bad either

It is my worst online shopping experience. They will not reply you at all. I Placed order # 3615 of $229 on Mar 14, 2018 for Spctr Navy Herringbone Three Piece Suit . After 8 days, I received an email that they can not process this order and a issuing me refund of $229. I replied back and asked the reason but never got any response from them. I thought that i will get my refund as they promised but 12 days are gone and it's April 3, 2018 and I never received my refund. I sent email about not getting refund then a lady named Fatima Saleem who pretends to be Amanda replied and said a manager will issue refund. By April 10, 2018, I still did not receive any refund. Finally I gave up and called PAYPAL and told them the situation. Paypal opened a case. Finally on April 17, 2018 I got my $229 back. It took 1 month and 4 days. HIGHLY RECOMMENDING TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER.

My husband ordered and paid up front for a suit in Oct 2017. Jb suits sent wrong suit which doesn't fit, diabolical customer service and we have now been conned out of £200. They advertise that they are in Texas US, but the goods actually come from India. Avoid these sweat shop conmen at all costs, they take your money and you end up with expensive rubbish

I purchased a tenth doctor Doctor Who suit. It was sized very well and I've used it for both the Denver Comic Con and Colorado Springs Comic-Con. It is very screen accurate and I received many compliments on the outfit.

Owning proper bespoke clothing, I can confirm that you get what you pay for. With that in mind, the product at JB Suits is brilliant for the price. For fancy dress parties, cosplay, or occasional wear - I'd strongly recommend them.

We found the service at JB Suit to be the best overall experience, with great follow-up on any questions we had. The costume was made, shipped and arrived here in Norway 2-3 weeks after ordering.The easy to follow "how to measure"-guide, made the measurement easy, and the coat was a perfect fit. The attention to details in the costume made us very happy. We will recommend JB suits to anyone looking for a tailor-made suit to fit the body and the budget.

I was looking for a Bond style Tuxedo for my wedding, ordered online sent the measurements and etc. The first suit jacket that arrived the fabric was badly marked. I notified the seller who suggest I get it dry cleaned at my own cost - which I did. Marks stayed there. So another jacket was dispatched. This one had a hole under the left arm! With my wedding fast approaching I ordered another item locally and invoked the return process via PayPal. The case was upheld and I mailed the suit back. For some reason the Canadian Postal Service website tracking system shows my item as 'out for delivery' and has done for 5 weeks so Paypal close the case. My guess is the scammers at this website simply wouldn't sign for the package causing this issue. Seriously save yourself time and money and buy something local to you rather than from these complete con artists. Happy to provide more information for anyone interested including photos and etc.
