I'm writing this review on the whole JD byriders, Car company finance program because it's not a good car finance program to help someone buildup credit score.

I am currently in the program since 11/2018 going through the finance program and having miss one payments or late with a payment but JD Byrider will make you miss a payment.

When using there unprofessional car service department car is not fix and they will lie about fixing your car but after leaving the shop you findout.

Now you will have to go back and come out of your pocket every time just to fix the same problem. Those professionals will keep giving that problem another name and take your hard earned money from you.

JD byriders, is the kind of company take advantage of the person who making there payments on time to the bank
because they know that person seriously trying to fix their credit. Please believe me.

If you are serious about you bring your credit credit score up go another way because I have not been late with one payment and been fixing this car since financing it on 11/2018.

However the one time using the service department it suck I could not rely on them to fix my car that is finance way to high for the year.

But the only thing they did is take my money and lie each time about fixing my car that was finance way too high for that year.

Don't finance through JD Byrider, save your money its not worth it catch a Uber or a bus until you finish saving up money for a new car..

There is more but I have but I'm going to stop for now but. I am very surprised that this company have not gotten sued yet for the kind of business practice that go on there in 2019

I am leaving this review on behalf of the service department. Cinda is a wonderful person and takes care of her guest. Rodney is very helpful and takes time to be honest and helpful. Thank you Cinda for being such a great coustomer service department leader taking care of your guests and backing what you tell them. Way to keep being you awesome. Thank you. Leah

The car initially was well mechanically. Then the alternator went out. Not to much to replace and not covered by the warranty so I replaced it. Then unfortunately fell behind and had it repossessed. After paying six hundred dollars and having it in the shop for now a week I'm at my wits end. I reclaimed the vehicle and got it an hour and a half away from the pick up location just for it to stop working as soon as I turn it off. They keep insinuating that it is no ones fault and that these things happen. There is no way that I could be held responsible for this as I maintenanced the vehicle properly and kept it well withing working condition and even maintenance checks when nothing was wrong with the vehicle. Overall they have been unwilling to budge. I will post another review on what the following actions resulted in. If necessary I will sue/file bankruptcy but it's one of the worst businesses I have ever had to deal with. -5/10

Honestly I had heard a lot of bad things about jdbyrider so that was the last place I thought I would of ended up at, but from the moment I walked in everyone was exceptionally helpful and they all bent over backwards to accommodate me, 1 week in and my water pump went, they took care of everything including a rental from Enterprise... I highly recommend them if your in the market for a used car.

I will say, they sold me a great reliable car,Honda Civic, the condition was Average with below standard body work done to it. Mechanically well at the end of the day.

The Nightmare is After you buy the car! Cnac, and as much as they want to pretend they are a separate company. We all know they are the same people. They will constantly blow up your phone, references and emergency contacts being one day late,but hey Dont worry you'll get about 3 or 4 payment reminders the day its due, you will always know when your payment is due!!

We even asked this place to remove a reference off our list and replace it with a new one , they said they would but nope! they kept calling my grandmother to reminder her about a car payment while shes taking my grandpa to his Dr. appointments for his cancer.

Also dont EVER change jobs! that is not allowed!, I quit my job, they were so willing and ready to repo my car because i changed jobs.

My advice if this is a last resort. TAKE IT, But please file a chapter 13 bankruptcy, you will keep the car locked in a bankruptcy at 7% interest rate and have fully repaired credit to never ever have to deal with a place like this again! I did, No more calls, No more payment Reminders. No more Stress!!!!!!

Niya is the best I give her 10 stars if I could. She stayed late to get me in a car I wanted and for that I really appreciate her doing what she does. Thanks Niya u the best.

jd byrider has left me stranded multiple times . They have a warranty to fix the car yet they dont actually fix they mask the issue . I'm a single mother who has now been left stranded on the side of the road multiple times and they claim to have fixed the issue and instead of trading the car in they take the car "fix it" and then it breaks down same issue weeks later leaving you stranded . I wouldn't suggest buying from them at all go to a buy here pay here as I am currently on the side of the road stranded 4 days missed work so far and I only have owned the vechile for 4 months now !

I purchased a used truck from them in St.Cloud,,MN they don't disclose pricing on anything until you are ready to purchase.they are definitely overpriced but with poor credit that is to be expected.after a year plus of ownership I had a medical situation that kept me from working for awhile. I called and asked if they could do anything to help my situation. Even though I was current with my payments and was never even late they told me to make my payments or they would repo my truck and come after me for the balance owed.they threatened to seize Bank accounts garnish my wages and anything else that they could get away with.filed intent to repo in less than a week. they don't care what happens to you they want their money. I have to file bankruptcy to end this nightmare.STAY AWAY FROM BYRIDER IT'S NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE

DONT EVER GO TO JD BYRIDER ON WEIDNER ROAD IN TEXAS. I AM MADD I HAVE A 2008 HYUNDI ACCENT MY CAR HAS BEEN IN SHOP SINCE MAY 2018 WOW BYRIDER 6 TIMES IT HAS BEEN IN SHOP YET I HAVE TO PAY MY NOTE AND CAR DOWN BYRIDER IS A CROOK A SCAM DONT GO TO THEM PLZ. MY NAME IS REGINA JACKSON

Secret pricing, deceptive practices. Will charge you double for what the car book value.. look around no prices, year or mileage listed... Buyers beware. I mean nice people but what is usually to good to be true usually is. How you tell me bring $500 for a down payment then tell me you need $2400. Troy, Pedro nice people but bad practice. If you were honest about the pricing it wouldn't have taken 5 visits. Could have saved all of us time. No way I was paying $13999 for an 11 year old Hyundai with 125k miles when book value for the car is $7000. This is predatory and wrong to take advantage of those that need some help due to credit issues. I have learned to never let anyone run my credit for a vehicle without knowing what I'm paying for it. NEVER.

Thank you Bob at Wilkes Barre location service department. I wouldn't trust any other mechanic to work on my car. My daughter drives this car and Bob always makes sure it is in the best, safest working condition. The entire service department is always friendly and accommodating.

Ok so when I went in to sign the paperwork they had my payments set up on the same week I get paid since I get paid biweekly then out of no where they switched weeks(mind you I had no idea)so when that payment was do(again didn't know they switched weeks)they blew my phone up all day at work..so I told them that if it's not on my week I get paid then the payment wouldn't be there till Friday the day after it's due since I work until midnight the night it's due and work 16hrs so can do before I go in again they were all good with that..the send my reminders that my payment is due lime 5 times on the day it is due again they know I can do anything till the next day because I work till midnight,so again they start harassing me blowing up my phone until I get out of work on Friday until I make my payment..yet I have never missed a payment and always pay on the Friday which they already had no problems with when I signed the paperwork for the car...i can't wait till it paid off..i can assure you I will not be using them again...very poor business

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The location in San Antonio, TX (north location) sold us a BROKEN vehicle. They rigged it up to make it off the lot and NINE DAYS later it wasn't running. It has been in and out of the shop SEVEN times in FOUR MONTHS. At least 5 of those times have been for the same issue, that issue being the car WON'T START. They are acting like its not a big deal. The sales manager, Alex, has been great. He listens to our issues and tries to resolve it. I wish he wasn't stuck in a crooked business. The service manager, Joey, smirks in our face when we drop it off again. Then they tinker with it, rig it up just right and say it's fixed. Well, when it breaks again from the same issue 2 days later, it's obviously not fixed. What I assume to be the general manager of the location, "Ram," is a condescending jerk. We tried stating what we are expecting and he belittled my husband and I repeatedly. All i want is a vehicle that starts reliably so i don't have to have my 5 month old baby and 6 year old child stuck stranded at the grocery store with a cart full of groceries, or my husband having to leave the vehicle at his work over night, all because this supposed "good, reliable, fixed" car won't start.

Listen I love my car and before I had to deal with the bill collector sounding reminders. So someone named Troy calls me on an unknown number and says that he works for CNAC, and that he needed for me to verify that it is me.Okay Im a little irritated because this guys tone is that of a bill collector asking me if I want to make my car payment but he is just a reminder. Okay I got the text and I got the email why do I need 3 reminders last time I deal with them. I work in customer service who does this. Then he said sign up for autopay and you wont get a reminder so its do it our way and you wont get all these reminders.

These people are aweful! Do not buy a car from them. They will say $1,000 down. Then trick you when they come in and say $2,000 down. Aweful, I made a payment one time and they didn't record it, then CNAC harassed me all day long. Don't use service either. It will take them 7 hours to diagnose your car, order the wrong part. They never transfer you when you call. You will be on hold for 20 minutes. Have to call back. Then they get made when you call back.

DO NOT BUY your car here. You can not trust these people. One BIG headache. Go somewhere else and say yourself the hassle.

I have had my car two months in the summer it wouldn’t start for a week I had to replace my turn signal and and I had to replace the spark plugs now I started it and it’s shaking horrible I feel the cars a lemon and I will update my review depending on how they deal with it I’m not very pleased with for payments in and I have had issues after issues

We're doing iJD byrider in Mansfield Ohio is one the worst ones first couple cars are okay The third car we got Mrs nothing but a limit is horrible and they won't work with you and try to make it right they just keep beating around the bush so as far as this I won't ever go back and don't go to him either I won't recommend in anybody till never again

Richard, (my salesman) made this purchase so easy for me.
Richard was pleasant, polite & funny all at once!
Mitch (who sits at the front desk) is a very nice guy & helpful.
Jeff (manager) was very thorough with the details of all the paperwork.
He took his time, answered all of my questions, etc.
Karen (in the payment office) thank you for being kind & pleasant with the title paperwork.
You guys are a awesome bunch!

Worst business i have ever done business with they lie cheat and scam you

Okay, I go into JD byriders today they're supposed to help you get into a car regardless of your credit and regardless of down payment they will work with you without anyting. But fortunately I am only four miles outside of their lending area for f****** miles they can't let go at 4 miles so therefore they can't help me they say. So if you are looking to buy a car from JD byriders I don't advise that you do that because if you live 60 miles armoire they will not get you in a car they will make you drive all that way for nothing just to tell you they can't help you when they knew my address from the beginning. JD byriders I will make sure no one that I know comes to you for a car sayings you can Overlook for miles . Thanks for all the b******* sign Trina McNew
