Good Experience
I had a really good experience with Easterns Automotive Group. Pierre and Mike were both very helpful throughout the process. My car had broken down unexpectedly, so I needed to find a replacement pretty quickly. They understood my situation and worked with me to get into another car within about 24 hours, which I really appreciated.
Customer service was great, and everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and easy to work with. What stood out to me the most was how genuine and sincere they were.
Overall, it was a smooth experience, especially considering how stressful the situation could have been.
