Thank you Glenda
My saleswoman was great. Glenda Bradley was attentive, fair and honest with me. I wasn’t however planning on staying 5 plus hours for a vehicle. That part of the process almost made me leave.

Be Careful
My sales lady Yanna P. was very thoughtful and had good ideas. She asked inquisitive questions and valued all of my feedback. The finance manager Mike J. was very nice and made sure I was able to get financing that I needed, although I didn't have top-notch credit history. That's where the positive interaction ends. I purchased the car on a Sunday as is. Because the car came from the Baltimore location and it was after hours, I didn't even think I should test drive the car because I trusted Eastern's not to sell me a car with issues, however that is not the case. As I drove off the lot and hit one bump, the entire bottom of the car rattled. It felt like serious suspension issues, or something under the car. I did let Yanna P know the very next morning. After some back and forth for all almost two weeks I was told my extended warranty was active. I was confused because I felt i didn't do anything to the car so what does the extended warranty have to do with it. Nevertheless, I made an appointment and have to pay $189 for the car to be looked at, and it appears I may have to fit the bill for the work that needs to be done if the issue is not covered. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE AS IS without test driving the car first from Eastern's. I put my trust in a dealership I thought wouldn't sell me a messed up car, but they did. To make matters worse, the transporter who drove the car from the Baltimore location never told Yanna P. about the rattling noise and possible issues before she gave me the keys, or if he did I was never made aware. In the end it appears everyone just wanted a sale with no thought of the consumer experience. Too bad, I was really excited about working with this dealership now that they have a service center, but instead I will try to deter anyone from going there. Definitely would recommend CarMax or Auto Nation since they do a quality check on cars they are reselling.
The dealer He is making misleading sales.
The dealer where I bought the car told me, when I was about to purchase it, that the total cost would be approximately $27,000. I told them my budget was around $27,000 at most, and they agreed. After signing all the contracts, I found out that the car actually cost $32,000. I told them I wanted to return the car, but they refused. They gave me false information to sell me the car. On top of that, the car has a faulty tire pressure sensor. I’m going to file a lawsuit—never buy anything from this dealership.
Two confirmed appointments, zero cars
Two confirmed appointments, zero cars—Easterns completely wasted my time. I am extremely frustrated with the total lack of professionalism and communication at Easterns Automotive Group. I scheduled confirmed appointments to view a specific vehicle on two separate occasions. Both times, I showed up at the dealership only to be told the car was unavailable because they failed to transfer it to the lot in time. What makes this entirely unacceptable is that nobody bothered to call or text me beforehand to warn me the car wasn't there. They let me drive out to their lot twice for absolutely nothing. Easterns heavily promotes their shared inventory system, but they clearly cannot manage their logistics or respect their customers' time. If you do not want your time wasted by terrible communication and phantom inventory, look elsewhere.
Scammers
Scammers, liers, straight up shitty people. I sold a quad , and shouldn't have. They basically robbed me after the insultingly low offer, and they didn't even pay that much. Showed up with less, made excuses.... An they ship stuff to Africa....
A 0 star review
A 0 star review. I reserved a vehicle online for 7 days, submitted all my information, and scheduled a pickup for Friday. Wanting to be proactive, I visited the dealership on Tuesday after receiving confirmation that the car would be available. To my surprise, the vehicle wasn’t there. The manager—whose attitude was anything but professional—told me the car was at the GMC shop for a repair on one of the rear seat screens.
Despite the inconvenience, I agreed to proceed with the paperwork. Moments later, the manager returned and said he couldn’t move forward unless he added more to the price—an unexpected and unjustified change. His demeanor was dismissive and unprofessional, making it clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority.
Eastern Sterling Motors failed on multiple fronts: poor communication, lack of transparency, and a complete disregard for the customer experience. The customer service rep I initially dealt with was helpful—until I raised my concerns. After that, he stopped responding altogether.
This dealership operates like a bad joke. If you’re considering buying a car here, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Eastern Motors needs serious management training, starting with replacing individuals who clearly aren’t fit for leadership.
Bottom line: I do not recommend Eastern Sterling Motors. Stay far away.
Clutch Calamity
I took a new-to-me 2020 Honda Civic Si to the Norris Honda dealership due to clutch concerns within the 7 day window (car had appx. 64234 miles) and was told it should be replaced and brought it back to Easterns Laurel for examination; however, your service department dismissed these claims and I have been experiencing severe slipping in gears 6 & 5 and minor slippage in gear 4. This vehicle also has a TSB for the clutch readily available online. I’m unsure of why the issue was ignored and why I was told everything was all good. Unfortunately, I am now saddled with an almost 4K bill. I’ve exclusively driven manual cars as my daily driver for almost 10 years and I’ve never seen a clutch fail in this manner without prior abuse or defect. I’m incredibly frustrated because I alerted Easterns to the issue literally as soon as humanly possible. No one is responding back to me. Customer service didn’t return my call and the inbox is full. Service also hasn’t followed up with me to provide what the did to check on the issue…I feel like no diagnostic was done. My finances are about to be ruined no matter what I do…the right thing to do would have been to let me return the car with an honest assessment and investigation of my claims.
Run—Don’t Walk—Away from This…
Run—Don’t Walk—Away from This Dealership! Extremely Unprofessional Experience
I honestly can't believe I have to write a review like this. Just typing it feels surreal.
I came in on 05/10/2025 for an evaluation on a possible trade-in and to purchase a used vehicle. What I experienced was completely unacceptable and unprofessional from beginning to end.
After a four-hour visit with little to no transparency, I left without ever being told what loan amount I was approved for—only the APR. Multiple hard inquiries were made on my credit without proper explanation. I also gave them access to evaluate my trade-in vehicle and never received that information. Eventually, I was moved out of the sales area to the lounge and told the space was needed for “other customers,” and then left waiting without any meaningful updates.
I emailed the dealership afterward and received a call from a female manager who apologized several times and assured me she’d follow up later that day with vehicle options that fit my budget. I never heard back.
Then, on 05/12/2025, I received a call from the same salesperson I worked with on 05/10, Cortez. While he had been polite in person, this call took a disturbing turn. When I mentioned I planned to post a review about my experience, he warned me not to mention his name—and said there would be “consequences” if I did. That kind of language is threatening and completely unacceptable. He also said the call was being recorded without my consent, which is likely a violation of Maryland’s two-party consent law.
I’ve since reported the situation to management, including a detailed email and phone number/time of the call, urging them to listen to the recording if one exists. Still—no one from management or corporate has followed up.
I walked into this dealership ready to buy a car. I walked out feeling like an inconvenience. And now I’ve been threatened by an employee. That’s more than bad service—it’s approaching illegal behavior.
If you value respect, professionalism, and your personal safety—stay far away from this dealership. There are plenty of other places that will treat you like a human being.

Careful this dealership uses bait & switch pricing and Rip off dealer fee's should be illegal in USA but here we are. Taxes are understood and make sense, fees include $559.75 DMV (That is way too high) , then fee $20.00 electronic filing fee (Ok sure), $23.00 Lien Fee ( What lien fee I was buying cash), $799.00 Processing Fee (Really Rip Off) and $20.00 Temp Tag fee (Ok makes Sense)......Ok wait not shown any where on site cash buy now, Sergio informs me that a LoJack is already installed on all their cars and will cost additional $999 on top of already crazy rip off fees Required. Typical east cost and west cost rip off auto dealers that have not been yet investigated or laws changed by state legislative branches.
Cars are very dirty
Cars are very dirty, salespeople don't seem to have any knowledge of cars, didn't understand my questions regarding different engines and transmissions such as CVT vs 6 speed etc. forced to buy extra warranty to get loan, salesmen are evasive when you ask them details about financing, they keep you there hours then shove a 50 page contract in your face, don't review it and ask you to sign it. Promise services then avoid answering your calls for weeks. I was personally called a name for simply following up on a service that they promised and wasn't done. They seemed like they were trying to make it difficult so I would give up trying to get them to fulfill the service they promised and put in my contract. All in all I wouldn't go back.
