Clinton is a great instructor. He’s covered body combat classes in June which was really enjoyable. In the heatwave, he planned ahead to keep the studio cooler, so members would feel comfortable which was a really nice personal touch, instructions on each move was throughly explained, options given which was a great help as I cannot do all the high impact moves. He’s thorough on the body pump classes too. Only wish there were more body combat classes though as gets busy on some days and feel a bit restricted on movements.

There is no AC, or it hasn't worked when I have been Which is horrible when working out in a heatwave. The ceiling leaks. The equipment is old and often you find heavily used. The treadmills are super noisy and it's not super clean. There's not a lot of space to work out or stretch downstairs with weights for women or people who feel intimidated by the men in the weight section. For the price I would say it could improve massively.

Absolutely shocking stalling tactics on trying to cancel a gym membership that is no longer being used by my son.
They asked several times for the same information which as on numerous occasions been supplied.
Same generic email gets sent back and they advise they will come back to you! Well it’s been several weeks and I’m still waiting.
I want my direct debit cancelled, but seems like an impossible mission!!

Since Steven and jay have been in jd things have massively improved. All equipment is well maintained. All padding kept fresh toilets and changing rooms clean. Seeing Steve and jay personally cleaning all equipment is always a good thing to see. 10/10 purely because of these two. Pts are also great especially carol

Great gym. Can always use machines easily. Love the classes and Tracey is absolutely brilliant, really motivating and very happy even at 6am.
My only criticism is weekends, sadly not everyone can have a lay in and classes starting at 8am do not work when you have small kids, please can we have an early class on weekends to?

Been trying to cancel my son's membership - they cancelled my son'a buy cant seem to be able to do it for my son- comong to 3 months now! Serioualy??? Tale so long tonrely (14 days?) and end up charging another month jusy waiting for replies! UNECCEPTABLE!

Update 6.04.26 - just had yet another email requesting the very same information from me as previously. This is 19th (NINETEENTH) email I received, and yet again to my response I got - we will reply in 14 days. For crying out loud!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Update - received your email (it comes to 21 emails now about this). In your reply i was given an option to complain through you - to advoid another 21 emails, I emailed you back and requested a proper formal complaint procedure, as every ltd company should have (I set those up as a job) and know what the legal requirements for procedures are. Looking forward to receiving those.

I miss laid my mobile phone and thought I had left it on one of the treadmills. When I approached Steve and Tracy to see if anyone had handed it in, they dropped everything they were doing to help me to get it back. They couldn’t be more helpful and I really appreciate it. In the end it turns out that I had left it in the changing rooms 🤦🏽‍♂️. Great staff and great facilities

I’d like to take a moment to recognise Stephen, the General Manager at the gym, for the consistently high standard he sets. He is extremely professional in his approach and creates an environment where everyone feels welcome and valued.
Stephen takes the time to understand members as individuals, ensuring that everyone is included and supported regardless of their experience level or fitness goals. His leadership is clear in the positive atmosphere throughout the gym, and it’s evident that he genuinely cares about both the team and the members.
A great manager who leads by example and makes the gym a place people want to return to.

Much better now that there are most staff members on site. Classes getting fuller too. Love the feel of the place too very friendly

Well maintained gym with good quality equipment and friendly staff ready to help when needed.

Generally love this gym, lots of equipment, great atmosphere, instructors that make you work hard and helpful friendly staff. Just wish they would maintain the spin bikes, so many have seats that slide backwards and computers that don't work, shouldn't have to hunt for a fully functioning bike every time.

Friendly staff. Cleaned often. Lots of equipment. Classes good as well.

Lovely gym ! Really friendly staff and always happy to help us when we are unsure , we feel so comfortable here and would recommend this to as many people as we could ! Big shout out to molly , Steve and the rest of the staff

The gym has such a variety of machines and is always clean and well maintained. The classes are brilliant and Tracey is a brilliant motivator.
