JD Gyms - Warrington Reviews 

I am enjoying the vast amount of equipment and I discovered a ladies section which is perfect if I want some discretion.
The only thing is I turned up for a class and it wasnt on but still active on the app. I completed my own workout Instead.

(Warrington) One of the best Jd gyms I’ve been to. Lots of space used well.
Functional fitness area is excellent. My only complaint will be the bikes, a C2 erg bike would be a fab addition. Those bikes looked a bit ancient.
Love the rig set up, number plates are rare in commercial gyms so this was fab.

Staff were great and super helpful. Had an issue with keys being locked in the changing rooms after 10pm but the manager came through and sorted me out!

The staff was fine but the atmosphere you could cut with a knife I think they must have got all the most egerent people in Cheshire and put them all in that gym it was a really bad experience I would not wish on anyone I have been thinking today actually of returning for one month to see has anything changed or is it still the same it was a nightmare

I have enjoyed the whole experience, being able to access equipment at any time and attending with members of my family.

Bit of a let down really. Walked in and thought wow, it's got everything I need. Great set up, aesthetics etc, however, all of the weights, collars were all completely disorganised. This was really frustrating. Sometimes it was taking me several minutes between sets to find the weights I wanted, not because they were being used, but because they were all over the place, mixed up, not in pairs etc. A lot of the benches and racks were missing collars and had hardly any plates available to use. Some of the cardio equipment also looked like it hadny been cleaned for a while. Unfortunately cancelling my membership after the first few visits. A well designed gym but the up keep is not at all up to standard.

I think there is a great variety of equipment and the gym itself feels clean and modern. However, the lockers in the changing rooms are mostly damaged/broken.

Had problems getting into the gym as stupid me put wigan down rather than warrington, the man that helped me sort it out was fantastic. Super helpful and made sure I understood the whole process and made sure i knew where everything was, can't fault this place one bit

It’s a shame to leave a negative review because the staff are genuinely great, but the equipment and changing rooms tell a different story. The treadmills are so noisy you can’t run without blasting music through your headphones—unfortunately, everyone else has to endure the screeching too. And there’s no sign they’ll be fixed anytime soon. The same goes for the changing rooms. The lockers have been broken and in a poor state for well over a year. You’d expect better standards from a name like JD, especially when promoting premium services.

Great gym, friendly staff, kept and maintained clean… only gripe I have is that majority of the lockers in the men’s changing room are broken so finding one that is lockable is hard… other than this issue, the gym is great for the money and use the gym frequently for weights and cardio exercises…

Been using the gym a few days now, staff are friendly and helpful, equipment is good! Really happy! Just need some booty builder machines in here now 🤞🏼

Amazing gym. It has everything. From the high quality facilities to the classes to the environment.

Having access to the studio, toilets and changing rooms 24 hours would be a massive improvement. Only being available during manned hours is very disappointing. QR code entry possibly for these areas?

Ive been a member here for about two years now but im getting absolutely sick to death of walking in to broken kit. Loads of signs saying the kit's "Out Of Action". It then takes a week or two, sometimes longer than that for it to be back "In Action". The frequency of the occurances is getting worse and to be frank I'm fed up with it. - This franchise is a cut above the likes of Pure Gym don't let your standards slip - Maintain your bloody kit!

Good large space but the equipment lets it down, tired and ropey.

My code can't enter the gym on Saturday. I was locked out at the entrance.
The music outside is too large for yoga class. It is disturbing the concentration.

Great place, atmosphere is so lively and everyone who goes always helps each other and respects each other. Great place

I love JD Gym how is it designed and big spaces also machines in good condition. However, I find it difficulty, the ladies room closes early 8pm during the weekend which is bit inconvenient as a user, It would have been better if there is any sort of assistance even after out of hours.
