Daylight robbery
I ordered the black jumper with the Quest logo "you on point Phife?" Which was advertised as 100% cotton. Turns up 100% Polyester.

When I asked to return it they informed that I would need to pay the returns shipping costs. Daylight robbery.
I'd love to get my 30 pound back but I don't know how to. Apparently all customers must pay the returns shipping costs but I could take 30% partial refund or 50% coupon for future purchases.

I ordered my shirt on 12/28/24. It’s 2/14/25 . No agirt. I wrote to them and they said it “should” be arriving 2/18. I wrote back asking why the delay and that I wanted my money back. There response” We are sorry for the inconvenience. This shipment is special. It is shipped by sea, so the delivery speed will be slower.” What a bunch of BS. Do not buy from them!!!!

As of this date January 30, 2025 I have not received my order! JellyBuddy took the payment right away still no communication or merchandise, I will never order from this company anymore the order was placed on December 29, 2024 is this company real or scam

Very trustworthy company
This company delivered exactly what they promised (could have done a little better with delivery updates) I highly recommend this company and it's products! I ordered the hooded skull cape and it is perfect fit and above average material!!
SCAM - you can tell by their emails
I placed 2 orders on Feb 8, and they items have not shipped. I contacted customer service stating that if they could not be received by Feb 28 and, as per their email, not yet shipped, then cancel them. Now they seem to be unable to respond. I do not want the orders fulfilled.

I received my pullover several weeks…
I received my pullover several weeks late. The vendor is doing business in China but advertising on Facebook which explained why there was such a delay. I received the pullover and wore it for only one day before the sleeves started pilling from my arms naturally rubbing against my torso. I am 5’8” and 155 lbs., so it wasn’t an issue of an unusual body type causing the decomposition of the fabric. Jellybuddy refused to provide a refund for the obviously defective product. I resorted to filing a claim with my credit card company.

I have recently placed an order and was sent the wrong item i notify the support team and they were so sorry for that and they sent me a credit for another purchase and was very fast in resolving the issue

Placed order. Paid for 3 day shipping week later still had not shipped messaged them regarding the order and got nothing but excuses then was told would take up to a week for a refund. Don't order company is 100% trash.
Order#JB00066137 would you like a copy of the receipt that says specifically 3-5 days Shipping. I would have never ordered if it would have said longer because like I've responded in emails im leaving out of town for 2 monthsin the morning. You stated one product wasn't available a though your website stated that was not the case. Also that was not the only product ordered at that time 4 other products where ordered that your company didn't even attempt to ship. Tell me who waits 6 weeks for a online order no one does. I'm not the only customer with this complaint about your company. I've seen several others with the same issue. I just wish I would have looked before I ordered and It wouldn't have been a total waste of time and energy. Spend more on shipping and the products you sale then advertising a product you cannot deliver in a acceptable time frame our disclose on your website this will take 4 to 6 weeks to ship

I ordered a pair of shorts and a shirt. After waiting 1.5 months I received the wrong shirt and no shorts. Company said they would send it the correct shirt and give me a discount code. I said fine. Never got the correct shirt and then received the wrong shorts. Again they offered a partial discount and discount code or I could pay to return the item and eventually get a full refund. This is not a reputable company and will never get your order right. Don't waste your money or time waiting on these people to get an order right and get it to you.

If I could give this site zero stars I would. I ordered two bathing suits. The bathing suits looked awesome on the site. I also looked at their size chart and ordered the suits based off of their size chart. I got both of the bathing suits their size chart is way off the bathing suits looked nothing like they did online they were cheaply made falling apart. You could see through them and when I contacted them to return them, they told me that they couldn’t be returned and that they would give me 50% of what I paid for them, since the suits came from China, which I was unaware of, and if I was aware, I never would’ve ordered them. They are unable to be returned their idea of helping you out is the only give you half of what you paid for them. I just love how they take your hard earned money and pretty much tell you to go F yourself. Do not trust the site do not order anything from this site. They are a scam and all of the “good” reviews you’re reading is probably because they filtered out the bad ones. This company is a scam. Do not use them! Also… I WILL NOT REMOVE THIS REVIEW UNTIL EVERY LAST PENNY OF $57.00 IS RETURNED SO DONT ASK!!
