Ordered a pair of shorts looked nothing like the picture sent a email complaining was told I could get a refund but would have to pay shipping… I didn’t make the mistake but after reading the rest of the reviews now I see this is a piece of 💩 company that takes peoples money…jellybuddy can kiss my a$$!!!!

Don’t even order
Wrong size for half my order and the other half of the order has not been shipped. I ordered it in dec 2022 and it is now April 2023. These people should be in prison.

I should have read these reviews before I bought my hoodie from Jellybuddy. I placed my order in mid-February and did not receive it until mid-March. That was my first red flag. After wearing my 1/4 zip military hoodie only once, the sleeves began to deteriorate. The natural movement of my arms against my torso caused the fabric to pill (those tiny balls created when loose fibers get wadded up). I have never seen anything like this in a sweatshirt. It was obvious that the fabric Jellybuddy used was not suited for clothing. I attempted to get a return authorization to return the defective item for a refund. Jellybuddy said since I wore the item, they would not allow a full refund, only a partial refund or partial store credit. I went back and forth a couple of times to no avail. At this point, I am working with my credit card company as I dispute the transaction. I should have been more diligent in researching this online company. Had I exercised due diligence, I would have learned that this is a Chinese company shipping goods from Hong Kong. I'll stick to buying American.

Jellybuddy customer service is complete garbage.placed an order months ago and never received any package meanwhile theyvare telling me to ho find my package call postoffice...its not my responsibility. No refund and no sweater. They took my money and I have nothing. Jellybuddy make it right!

Bought two spring coats from Jellybuddy…
Bought two spring coats from Jellybuddy at the beginning of January, got one within two weeks, the other on the 22nd of March. Both of them are of poor quality materials, very thin and also the sizes are all wrong. Took a 3x large cause I'm a hefty guy, but like to have loose coats. There's enough extra tissue around the waste to make a flag, yet the shoulders and the arm lengths are too small to the point where they end halfway to my wrist and I can't close my arms cause the shoulders will rip because of the cheap fabric. Oh surprise surprise, the company is based in China. Who did they use as a model? Deformed Chinese mutants? This is a definite scam. DO NOT TRUST THEM. Jellybuddy will probably give their generic response to my complaint as they did to all complaints on this platform and that's the best you're gonna get when you lose money because of an order you made with them while drunk.

Bad customer service
I paid $90 for a jacket but when I received it, it didn't quite fit right. When I requested to exchange it or get a refund I was told to send a picture of how the jacket fit. I did that and then customer service suggested I buy another jacket at half price. Why should I buy another one at half price?? The one I bought should either be exchanged or a refund paid to me. Customer service has not been very responsive and have yet to respond to my last email.

Will never shop here again.
None of the products I purchased looked like the photos on the website. The material used to make the clothing is thin so wont last long. The items were not true to the size either. On top of that the shipping took nearly a month. Not happy at all.

Ordered a shirt 3 weeks before St. Patrick’s Day. Three weeks later, I’m just barely receiving the shipped confirmed email. Horrible customer service
OK I am going to edit my review I did receive in the shirt that I ordered although it did take longer than I expected the quality of the shirt and the graphic design met my expectations.
My advice is if you use this company, give yourself plenty of time to receive your merchandise, but based off of the one order the quality is worth the wait.

They are making me jump through loops for a refund.
I paid $66 for the product and they want to either refund me $11 dollars or $29 in the form of a gift to reuse.

According to our return policy, all items need to be returned to our warehouse at the customer's expense, which could be a little bit costly and time consuming.
If you want to avoid the hassle and expense in return, we can particularly issue a direct refund in 11.4 USD (20% amount of the item) or gift you a discount code in $29. (50% of the item price)
Or if you have any other ideas, please let us know, we will try our best to meet your satisfaction.
If you still want to return the product and get refund, please let us know as well, then we will send you the address and guidance for return.

Shame Company
placed an order on Jan 28, 2023, received an email with a tracking number that was useless, I have not received my clothing as of 03/06/2023, sent an email to customer service and all I got for a response was my order has been shipped(so no chance in hell that I will get a full refund, I think that was planned by the Chinese company to avoid giving any refunds) and the email included an apology with a statement for me to have patience. This company does not have any good ethical business standards and should be banned from doing or advertising in the U.S....DO NOT ORDER FROM the company JELLYBUDDY, they are thieves and will take your money and not give a full refund!!!!!!

I would given this company 0 if it was an option! I ordered over $100 of products which took 4 months to deliver! The items looked nothing like the items advertised! I wouldn’t have paid $5 at a used clothing shop for what was delivered; no way to return! I could have purchased better clothing at the Dollar Store and had much greater value clothing! Please don’t be tricked by this bunch of cons!

This company sucks. The shirt was nothing like what i ordered, the material was crap, and the sizing was way off. Contacted them and they offered a 20% refund which is about 5 bucks, or a 14$ gift card to their site (yeah right), and i have to pay return shipping It also took an extememly long time to get here and the tracking number they sent was useless. i will NEVER buy from them again, nor will i ever recommended them for anything but the trashcan. this site is a scam
