Ordered 11 shirts on Dec. 18th and paid for "expedited" shipping. My order was sent out in 3 shipments. The 1st shipment finally arrived, but the other 2 are still "in transit to next destination" apparently with the local courier that supposedly picked them up after clearing customs in the US on Jan. 12th. I emailed customer service stating I believe my items to be lost or stolen and requested a refund, but as with many many other reviewers, there has been NO response. DO NOT buy from these people they will just steal your money and since they are in China there is nothing we can do.

I ordered a hoodie and a sweater from Jellybuddy. They both looked great pictured on their site on a muscular male model. When they arrived... the hooded sweatshirt was just a pullover without the hood (different item than pictured), and the sweater's weave was so loose that it could be seen through. Both were thin, low quality materials and poor craftsmanship. I applied for a refund. I'm currently being given the run around. I am on my fourth email response from them. They will not pay for return shipping (which is in the fine print) and they keep negotiating with partial repayment and discounts on future purchases. I have no interest in keeping these items which are only useful to me as shop rags. I will provide an update when this is all over.

Beware, you're taking a chance. Ordered over Thanksgiving, 60 days later still no product and no further confirmation with tracking number that I was promised was coming a week from 12/24 when I last had communication that it was being shipped in a week

There is nothing constructive to say about this company that sells apparels under the name OrderPlus International Limited which includes Antreat, along with Majornice, SoInYou, JellyBuddy and a few others. You will find the same shirts at different prices, either on Facebook ads, Amazon or elsewhere.
I ordered 3 shirts, waited 45 days and more, only to receive one that was correct. The last two had nothing to do with what I ordered. In fact, they were both less expensive than the ones I paid for. After a couple of emails, including filling the ticket on their website, including the pictures each time, they were ignoring me by telling me the order was on its way.
I finally threatened them so they decided to refund an amount which was a little less than any of the shirts. In other words, they didn't have my shirts so they sent me something else that was less expensive and they didn't want it back.

Poor Quality
The shirt I ordered looks nothing like the shirt I received. It took about 5 weeks to get the order. I paid $40 for a $5 quality shirt. Do not order, you will be disappointed.

I really don’t even give it a 1 star I’d give it a -100 stars. I my order was placed on November 20, 2022. I received an email on December 12th that said my order had been shipped which it never arrived. I sent an email stating I still hadn’t received my order. I got an “apology” email stating it would be shipping ASAP. I received another email on January 5th saying my order has shipped. I have called the contact number no one answers or returns your call. I still haven’t received my order. I will be reporting them to the Netter Business Bureau. I have asked for a refund and we will see what their next excuse is. I definitely no longer want my order.

Too bad I can’t leave a no star review. This site needs to be shut down. What I received is nothing like what I ordered. It came in 4 weeks after placing the order. No packing slip, no tags, no brand markings and very cheap looking. I am very disappointed and would not recommend anyone waste their time or money on this scam.

Not as advertised and filled with misspellings
I placed order Dec 6th for 3 "plish" hoodies and paid for expedited shipping order arrived containing 2 flimsy so called hoodies January 12th. They were nothing like what was pictured on the web site and the one shirt was filled with misspellings. I purchased the "I'm pretty confident my last words will be well that didn't work" what the shirt actually said was "I'm rretty coneicent my last words with be well that didn't work" shirt nit plush but made of nylon or polyester or something it is thin and flimsy. I absolutely loved the sayings kn the shirts and hope a quality company can make these hoodies because they would be awesome. Steer clear of jelly buddy because they are bait and switch

Customer service was excellent
The product was poor quality and after contacting customers services they have resolved the issue with a full refund. It’s a shame as the item I purchased online looked really good but the product that was delivered was not the same. Hopefully they can resolve the issues as there is definitely potential for them to succeed.

Give it a shot, you would love it
First of all, I have to tell they have a great customer service. Those people have an unlimited patient and they never show attitude no matter what. They don’t have a phone number but their email system works just as good as the phone number.
When it comes to the merchandise.. The printing quality is great. It is not like a cheap quality print that would crack or fade after several washing/drying. Their t-shirts are not cotton, they are like dry fit material. I think it will be great for summer time. Needless to say the prints and sayings are so cool. PS: Their men sized t-shirts seems to run a little big so I recommend to get one size smaller than what you normally wear.
Give it a shot, you don’t get disappointed.

Hoodies look great online but wouldn't know how it feels haven't gotten yet first I email them after two weeks of waiting no updates on there site can't find tracking number so I email them to see where's my package that I paid for they message me back here's the tracking number here's where we know it stopped last go to this website and put the tracking number in or or call ups give them the tracking number and it might take up to 2 to 3 week's to receive your order so if you want something quick and reliable and you don't have to do the leg work to track your own package down don't buy from jellybuddy it's not worth the wait

Jacket Delivered Not Jacket Ordered and No Return or Refund AllowedI ordered a jacket in October 2022
I ordered a jacket in October 2022. It took about 3 weeks for it to arrive. The jacket I received was not the jacket I ordered based on the website photos. It was made differently; different color; poor quality. I reached out to their company and they will not allow me to return it or get a refund.
