I ordered 14 tailored suits and 8 of them were incorrectly tailored, even after two attempts from their tailor.

J is a great sales person. However, I wouldn't spend another pound with this company.

Many of the plus reviews are false. The company had already leaked that out. They pay anyone for good reviews to dilute the appalling service.

Please people. Keep your money or at least spend elsewhere.

My dealings with this company was the most traumatic experience in my 44 years.

Suit much too small despite paying £100 extra for 'made to measure' the trousers were a 34 short 'off the rack' (they had the label in) rather than made to fit 38 waist. Waistcoat too tight and much too long, Jacket, too tight, sleeves too long, bulging under arms. When phoned about it told I must have got my measurements wrong, and argumentative. All in all a thoroughly bad experience.

Don’t try to call as they staff are of no help over the phone, but our suits are beautifully made and of high quality fabric. Jackets and waistcoat of great fit bit trousers were a bit small all round!! We ordered 5 suits, one with ‘long’ measurements. Wouldnorder from them again but perhaps order the trousers a size up.

I had an overall great experience with Jennis & Warmann. Before I ordered my suit I did experience quite an issue reaching them via email and via phone. After numerous attempts, I was able to make contact with the office and they handled my needs and requests with ease. I would recommend Jennis & Warmann for all of your suit needs! They will make sure you look quite dapper.

I ordered my first ever tweed suit from Jennis & Warmann and was thrilled, I’ve worn it so many times and always receive compliments. I decided to order another suit with high hopes but this time was left very disappointed. We ordered the standard sizing of the suit and paid the extra £10 to have the trousers hemmed and included the measurement details for this in the order notes. When the trousers arrived I was disappointed to find the trousers unhemmed. Straight away I emailed customer services to notify them as I wanted the trousers for an event, I also queried about the size of the jacket. I received an email notifying me that £10 had been refunded to me, I then received another email informing me they had refunded the money so that I could find a local tailor to hem the trousers instead of sending them back to Jennis & Warmann. I then called the office for an explanation as to why the trousers weren’t hemmed in the first place and for the lack of care for the customer. This appeared to be their standard practice for when this mistake happens because it is a cheaper option for them. It makes me think this happens often. The refund was appreciated but I felt there was a lack of customer care especially seen as this is a high priced garment. I’m really disappointed with the customer service and how I’ve been treated as a customer. I’m not sure if I will be ordering again from Jennis & Warmann and I won’t be recommending them.

Not a single problem with the suit. Was told it would be 35-40 days, but was done in 20. Absolutely perfect in every way. Great price. Asked family what they expected it to cost and got estimates varying between £600 and £900. Amazing quality for the price.

The suit is amazing and I can't wait to get married in it! The directions for taking custom measurements was simple and easy. I only wish they accepted PayPal for us international customers who had to make a few calls to the bank to get the funds released to them. But all in all a wonderful ready suit buying experience!

The suit was the wrong size, they used the wrong fabric and was a absolute disaster.

I am a 32 and the trousers were a 36.

I collected 5 days before my wedding and had to take to a different company to get them repaired.

The prices are great. The quality is great. I’m very happy with my suit. My only wish is that there is a less “fitted” option. Short of a custom measurement, my only option was a standard size and I had to lose a lot of weight to get it to fit correctly. That’s not a terrible thing, but some people just aren’t skinny. And these clothes are more tailored for skinny people.

I ordered a custom suit for my wedding. I searched high and low for a suit locally, but couldn't find exactly what I was looking for. I found Jennis & Warmann, but feared I had left it too late. Their sales rep assured me I would be fine in terms of turnaround time. I had my measurements taken by a professional tailor and place the order. My suit, a three piece green wool tweed herringbone, arrived with plenty of time before my wedding. IT WAS PERFECT! I had the suit re-pressed upon arrival so it was nice and crisp after travel. It fits like a glove. I felt like a king on my special day and i can't wait to wear my suit again!

I'm very happy with the suit I bought from J&W and I'd recommend them heartily. My suit fitted perfectly and was delivered in good time for the occasion for which I was buying it.

I would advise allowing at least a month for an order to be fulfilled, though they delivered mine in less time. The staff were friendly and helpful and the suit itself was a bargain at the price I paid. I also bought a shirt which I am equally happy with.

If I have one question it is that they don't seem to be very good at answering the phone, but on both occasions that I visited the shop I found the service to be excellent.

The jacket was perfectly fitting as well as the waistcoat.
The trousers were a bit wide ... which could be addressed by a tailor.
My advice. For the top keep to the standard size system. It is very close. For the bottom try the personalized fit.
