I had a suit made for my son. It was made and arrived within the three weeks stated. The "Chats" I had online with the sales people, helped sort out any confusions or problems I had with the ordering process.The measuring questionnaire was easy to complete, but definitely needs another person to measure. The suit was well made and looked lovely.
The fit was mostly okay, but the arms and legs were a bit too long and so we used our local tailor to correct these. I measured as carefully as I could and gave accurate measurements, but not being a Tailor, may have not known precisely where to start and end on the body parts. The back panels of the suit were too small and so when the jacket is buttoned up, the flaps stick out and cannot be flattened in any way and can't be corrected by our tailor. The suit looks good on (if left unbuttoned) and I would say, that in order for it to be perfect, it would be best to have a bespoke suit made by going to the shop for regular fittings and their own measuring service (not easy if you live too far away) - It was a bit of an experiment to see if this is a good way to get a nice suit that fits well and I would use again, but would go to a Tailor to measure correctly first.

I have ordered and paid for a tie with my suit,... the suit arrived but i did not receive the tie!!! very disappointing!

Suit of exceptional quality, delivered smartly in a presentation box. Would definitely reccommend - do not let the great value cause you to doubt tbe quality - it is fantastic.

Excellent material and price. I'm not gonna lie. I dread buying non custom suits because of how uncommon my body is, but it fit perfectly. Will have to come back again!

I ordered a three piece tweed suit from Jennis and Warmann and while I am pleased with the quality and value, I have found that the trousers, which fit at the waist have legs that are far too thin. I cannot get them past my calves. I have tried to get a solution but when I phoned I was told to email customer support which I did. Over two weeks later I am still waiting for a reply.

while I've only tested their sample wool fabrics, I am definitely in love with the quality and will be buying a suit from them in the near future!

I ordered this suit online and was not aware of the cut.I must state that the sizings are very meagre by 2 inches.Also,the buttonholes were not trimmed correctly particularly on the waistcoat.Its a diet for me!

Excellent service from the company. The goods arrived on time, but unfortunately I’d been sent a short, rather than regular jacket and had to return. However they did look very well made with good quality fabric. I would suggest that the sizing is more suited to a slimmer figure and even the regular length jacket sleeve might be a little short for some people, so it’s worth checking the size charts on their website to make sure you get the right fit.

Return was very straight forward.

Ordered my suit on 28 th November e mailed them on 6th December to see if they could do anything to get my suite to me a little earlier. Guy called Jay e mailed me back saying my suit was in production on the 6th he would see what he could do. It’s now the 3rd January not heard nothing from them and Christmas and new year come and gone. Am going on a cruise in July used these lads to see how they go because I will need 4 more suites. Going start looking at other suppliers sorry .

My only little gripe was the fact that there was no communication with a progress report......fantastic suit....I will order again

Brought my suit on the website. Then went in to confirm measurements. Very professional job, just waiting for the suit to turn up in a couple more weeks.
