The dress was a disappointment, but the customer service was wonderful. I ordered a ballroom smooth practice dress. On the website it listed that the dress came in red and rose red, among other colors. There were pictures of color swatches as part of the dress’s description, but they weren’t labeled. Looking at the color swatches I saw one that looked like a true bright red, and another that was sort of a cherry or candy apple red, since there were no other red or pink color swatches pictured, I thought this must be what the website meant by rose red and ordered the dress in that color. When the dress came I was rather disappointed by the quality as the fabric and constructions seemed cheap, uneven hem stitching, threads hanging from seams and hems, and just general not as well made as I would have hoped, especially considering the price. However, there was a bigger problem. The dress that I had expected to be candy apple red, was bright fuchsia pink, a color that hadn’t been pictured anywhere in the dress’s description. I sent an email to the company with pictures explaining what had happened and saying that I wanted to return the dress as it was not at all what I thought I was ordering. To be honest I was expecting excuses and to have to have a nasty fight to try to get them to take the dress back. Instead I was incredibly pleasantly surprised. The company not only took full responsibility for the problem, they also apologized. They ended up not only taking back the dress but also refunding me my shipping costs, since the dress had not been how it was pictured. They were always incredibly nice, understanding, and professional in their emails. Though the dress ended up being a sad disappointment, this company’s level of customer service was a very happy surprise and I would not hesitate to do business with them again.

Very nice to deal with and very personable. They let me know that my item was back ordered and gave me the option of a refund or to wait for my order to be filled; which I chose to wait. But, I thought it was nice of them to send me an individual email. I have since placed another order with them (which I received timely), because I trust them. I would recommend them.

I purchased two dresses recently on line. I absolutely love both. My review is not only 5 stars for the quality of the dresses, but also for the wonderful customer service I received. I had a question about my order and reached out by email. I received a very fast response that answered my questions and then some. I was so pleased with the customer service, the attentiveness, and thoughtful consideration I received. I look forward to doing business with Jeravae in the future. Highly recommend 👍🏼

I love the customer service! If I had a question about sizing Jaden would get the dress from the showroom floor put it up to herself and tell me how long it would be, very helpful since I'm 5' tall. I had a reply to a question within 20 minutes. I never felt like I was a bother. Thank you so much!

Your products are beautiful. Customer service, not so beautiful. I waited a very long time for my practice wear to arrive. Even if this is understandable in the current environment, there was ZERO communication from your team once the original order was confirmed, the only other communication I received from your team (months and months later) was to tell me my items had (finally) shipped.

I gave Jeravae a 1 rating because of the sizing of their outfits. The sizing of their practice outfits is unrealistic. I ordered a size 16/18 practice Latin dance dress. When I received it, I didn’t even try it on because I knew it was too small. My daughter, who is a size 4, just happen to be visiting me and I ask her to try on the dress. It was a little big around her waist, but it fit her every place else. Since she is also a dancer, I gave her the dress.

Dress fit well and was as advertised.

The skirt is beautiful and fits well. Got a lot of compliments.

Very nice quality of practice skirts but shipping seems to take a long time to receive product.
