Worst experience ever!. First dress shipped with a broken zipper. Jaden said that they would have it fixed and to ship it back. ETA for return was one month out. I asked for another option, which was sent without a skirt. When I let Jaden know she said the skirt was an additional $220 where it clearly states on the website AND the invoice that "matching skirt and top". I still don't have a complete dress.

The actual order never arrived. The promised delivery time frame was overdue and they just kept providing excuses. Then they sent me something totally different from what I ordered. I complained. Even though I got a refund, the attitude of the person who wrote back was offensive. She/he even wrote that they blocked my account. Not that I would buy from this company anymore. It’s just not right to shift the blame to the customer. It’s totally their fault at the beginning. Do not buy from them. Its website shows in stock but mostly it’s not true at all.

This dress was perfect for my daughter's ballroom performance. It runs small. She normally wears a size small (2-4) and the medium was perfect on her. The fabric was high quality, the color vibrant, and it was well made.

I absolutely love the dresses I ordered. The measurement chart was spot on and I didn’t have to do any adjustments except shorten the sleeves on the smooth dress. I received so many compliments and they looked like I spent much more than I did. Fabric is good quality, not transparent but not too heavy that it doesn’t allow movement. I appreciate that many of your designs have structured lines that flatters the female shape. I’ve found other practice dresses that make dancers look square. I am tempted to purchase a 2nd set in case they are discontinued. Thanks for carrying these designs and allowing me to feel even more confident at my rounds and level test!

This was my first "official" dance dress. I was impressed that it came with its own dress cover. The dress was comfortable and very flattering in the right places. The skirt was amazing and the dress flowed very nicely. I am very happy with this purchase and JERAVAE. They made this experience feel personal even though it was done entirely online. i will definitely purchase from them again.
