I ordered a dress from Jeravea, and paid upfront, as is ususal. Unfortunately, through no fault of Jeravea the package was delivered by UPS to a wrong address. That being said, Jeravea held my purchase hostage until such time as they had sorted the matter out with UPS which I think is grossly unfair. I feel they should have sent me a replacement dress immediately and sorted out their problem with the carrier. This customer service action makes me refrain from ordering from them ever again.

The dress arrived timely which is great. For the most part it fits good.
Unfortunately it doesn't exactly fit for longer torso women, and my breasts are slightly exposed. I am in the process of looking for a top to wear under so that I can wear this dress.

I very much wanted the pants I ordered to be perfect in their sizing; however, the pants I ordered said the waist would be 39.5 inches (I normally wear 38) and they were at least 2-3 inches too small. I was very disappointed and wish they somehow could get their sizes correct. It really shouldn’t be that difficult to have sizes correct.

I ordered the wrong size for my dance shoes . I tried to email for exchange but for some reason I wasn’t getting response. I called your company and the person I talked to was very helpful and made everything right … and got it done quickly …. I love my new dance shoes !!

Great customer service and love my dress!

Over two months passed before I was able to get a response on the location and status of my Latin practice dress. Jervae said they had no control over shipping. I asked for a refund and the did refund my entire amount. Poor service

This skirt is beautiful, comfortable, feels sturdy, and emphasizes my movements very well.

Love the dress! Fits like a glove! Quality workmanship! Shipped quickly! Just thought it was supposed to come with a matching choker, but it did not come with it. But that won't stop me from ordering again!

Excellent customer service

Jeravae advertised a “moving sale” on their website. I was excited to purchase numerous items at 50% off. After I put a large purchase (over $900) on an Affirm payment plan, Jeravae notified me that over half of the items and stones I purchased were not available or actually included in the sale (even though the website noted otherwise). This led me to a scramble to find the items I needed on alternative websites.

I was in a rush to finish some costumes on a deadline and didn’t notice for over a month that I had been charged for over $400 worth of stones that were never shipped.

Jeravae DID rectify and refund most of the charges. But I likely won’t purchase from this store again because I need to know that the items listed on the website are ACTUALLY available when I pay for them.

I was pretty disappointed with the whole situation, although I am grateful that they honored the refund for items not shipped.

Shoes didn't fit.They wouldn't take them back.now I'm stuck with over three hundred worth of shoes that don't fit.
