I got three beautiful dresses by Victoria Blitz.
Very happy with my purchase and the customer service was wonderful.
Also very nice to actually talk to a real and friendly sales associate.

The cost was almost unbelievable! It shipped extremely quickly and I received the item even faster than I anticipated. The only downside was with the sizing. The shirt is larger than expected.

I love the variety of shoes and appreciate Jeravae helping me understand ballroom shoes when I was looking for my first pair as a beginner. Shipping was prompt.

Jeravae Company deemed purchased International dance shoe “not defective”. Jeravae representative stated excessive strap length and no holes are expected. This company suggested I buy a hole punch and be on my way.

Online shopping was easy with clear sizing charts for different items from different manufacturers. Not every XL is the same size! It's nice to screen out stuff that won't fit before ordering. The order came quickly and everything was fine.

I ordered shoes from a dance competition where Jeravae was a vendor. The woman who helped me was great! She was informative and kind and helpful, and customer service means so much to me. But I was disappointed when the shoes arrived. I ordered 2x wide, and they still aren't wide enough. They feel pretty much like the regular width shoes I tried on at the dance comp. I don't think Jeravae has an accurate definition of double wide feet. But they also made the straps way too long. And I mean waaaayyyy too long. I had to cut several inches off, which isn't difficult. But then I lost all the holes for the buckle. And I'm finding that trying to get holes punched IS difficult. I haven't yet been able to find someone with the tools to do it. So right now, my shoes aren't even wearable. I love the customer service, and the price is good, but I doubt I'll order again from this company.

I have bought several pairs of dance shoes and shirts / accessories in the past and have had excellent help choosing the best items for my needs and style choices. If the shoes didn't fit correctly, returns / re-sizing was not a problem (as long as they are in new condition meaning *not* worn on a hard floor, just tried on). Since I have found what I like, my style and size is saved in the customer file, making re-order very easy as well!

Choosing what to pick was the only difficult part. Ordering was easy. Shipping was fast! I LOVE everything I got and the fit is perfect!

Sizing is too small. Shipping for exchanges are paid by the customer and shipping to send the exchanged item is also charged. So ultimately the price of the merchandise is not worth it. It becomes too expensive.
