I ordered dance shoes, same size as I usually order from other companies. After almost 1 month I received the shoes but they didn’t fit, and looked poor quality. This company has a complicated return policy, and after another 1 month I still wait for an approval from the company to return the shoes.

Everything I ordered was just what I expected. Good quality and the perfect fit.

I did not have to change anything.

They provide good help for sizing and the garments are top quality!!! I have quite a collection of ballroom and Latin items and everyone is lovely and is exactly as pictured! My dance friends think I have the clothing items specially made, and I tell them no, I just get the correct size from Jeravae and there’s no issue ever. Thank you, Jeravae! Xx

Quality products, tasteful variety in designs, and a responsive/engaging team. The competitive dancer has enough to think about and doesn't need headaches finding good practice wear or costumes.. Jeravae is excellent! Too bad there aren't more than 5 stars to give

I have ordered 2 dresses. One came immediately and it was faster than I expected. It was lovely surprise. But my second dress came very late and I was not getting any update on my order until I did follow up. In average the experience is still ok. But you defiantly can do better communication when you are facing the delay. Also it gives me feeling that delivery date is not guaranteed.
