Return Policy needs to be revised
Their clothing is exceptional but the return policy is subpar at best. To tell people that you cannot return an exchange does not convey good customer service. When you order an item online there is no way to know if that item is going to fit- so if it is an exchange, you are stuck with something that doesn't fit you.
