If I could give negative stars, I would. I ordered a few dresses in December and gave a slight donation when prompted in order to receive expedited shipping. Not only did it take over a month for my package to say it was delivered, but I actually did not receive my package at all! After some time, I tried to view my order and it said the order cannot be found and took me to a different site than what I had previously ordered from. When I contacted customer service, they tried to tell me that I entered my address incorrectly which is not true. They claim to take customer feedback seriously and use it to improve their products and services, but based off of multiple reviews, that doesn't seem to be the case.

JessaKae is real, Jessakae is not, and now if i go to view their store it's entirely re-branded and viewing my order leaves me with "order not found!". I ordered a cheap and very on sale dress from a link in Instagram, and I have yet to receive my order despite their tracking number and emails telling me that it was delivered. Disappointed

Worst company EVER!! Sizing is completely off and then they blame you for not paying attention to their size chart. I bought a size medium of their dresses and it fit fine like any other size medium but bought another dress size medium and it almost seemed like a size small or x-small. They said next time go off the size chart, because everyone has a measuring tape at home right. And yet their size chart says should fit like a size 8-10. LIES! Expensive and bad quality. Material was itchy. Avoid at all cost.

I never got my order, I got scammed . The ad cane on Facebook and it took me to the website where dresses were as cheap as 9.99 I sent email to customer service but never heard back from them. Please don’t buy stuff on this stupid website.

I ordered 4 dresses from them and I had such high hopes. Two of the dresses I could barely unzip to try on. I was patient and finally worked the zippers down put it on. They definitely fit but couldn’t zip it up. I was able to partially zip one of the dresses, but there’s no way you could live alone and wear these clothes because you had to work the zipper up.

The third dress I ordered. I loved and would’ve kept however, it puckered and didn’t lay flat on the left top area of my chest. It definitely was damaged.

The fourth dress was the final sale which fits, but the neckline is a little high. I’m going take it to the tailor and see if they can improve upon the styling.

Overall, I spent over $400 with Jessa Kae stuck with the store, credit of 300 and change. Moving forward I would never order from them again some of the lace on the Mia dress was really cheap.

I truly wanted to love them all and am so disappointed.

Finally decided to try out this company after seeing them ALL over TikTok. During checkout, they have a clause you have to check that says you agree with their return policy, so I skimmed the policy and it seemed fine (returns within 30 days, etc) and I SHOULD HAVE READ DEEPER. But I went with it. This was gonna be my holiday dress.

The dress arrived. Online it said 100% cotton. When it got to me, it was flannel, which is not what I had expected - listen, flannel can be cotton, but not all cotton is flannel. I was expecting something like a heavy polished cotton, so to get flannel was... disappointing. Personally I think flannel feels like pajamas. The fit was also pretty bad on me, kind of frumpy in the cut and the waist was too long and the skirt wasn't as full as it looked in photos. So I went to go return it only to realize, after having gotten this $150 dress, that it was return for **Store credit ONLY**

I emailed the company, explaining that I totally understood it was my fault I hadn't deeply read their policy on returns but that this was my only holiday dress money, and asked if they'd be able to make an exception and they just repeated back their return policy to me even though I said I'd realized after the fact I misread the policy. I get it, companies do what they gotta do to float but like. Having majorly expensive dresses be return for store credit ONLY is pretty shady, and sinks a lot of money into your company that is tied up only in your company forever. Kinda sucks.

Eventually we worked out a 1/2 store credit, 1/2 return to my bank account, and I decided to grab a dress on sale just to use up the store credit.

The dress arrived, and the fit is... not great again. Frumpy, and not just because of a modest cut but because of the way it's made like it's fit for a child and not a grown woman. It's staticky as heck, and the zipper got stuck repeatedly because it's a super cheap invisible zipper set into sheer fabric, so that's a nightmare.

I'm pretty disappointed. I really wanted to like these dresses because of the size inclusion and how cute they look online, but they're just not worth it. Especially not when their size charts are all over the place, the cuts are questionable, the models don't seem to be wearing the size the chart says they should, and they're not always up front about the types of fabric the dresses are made of.

Oh and the whole "return for store credit only" thing, that's a major red flag. Be very, very sure you like the fit, cut, color, everything, before you buy, or you're going to have your money tied into the company till you find something that might work.

I will say though, their customer service person turned out to be lovely even though the situation was disappointing.

Never got a response for my order or any update. It is been 2 weeks and still no reply/update.

I love the wig, the colors blended good together and it melt very nice. I Will definitely buy another one to put with my collections.❤️😘👍🏿

Excellent company with beautiful dress designs. They have dresses for every body. Customer service is fast and always helpful.

Customer is never right. Size charts are misleading as none of the models should fit the dresses they’re wearing according to size charts BUT IT’S ON THE CUSTOMER. Customers in US have no rights. Absurd policies

I’ve placed several orders with JessaKae, and I’ve never been disappointed. I actually got my wedding dress here - I ordered the Margy dress and had my mom reconstruct it with a different neckline! I love it.

I also have a huge gown (Garden Fairy) sitting in my closet that I have not had a chance to wear yet, but I could NOT pass it up. It fits like a glove and I can’t wait to show it off once I have an opportunity to. It’s my favorite thing ever… if it had been released before I got married, I might have worn it instead!

I haven’t had a chance to check out their more casual pieces, which is a shame because I would love some more dresses to wear to work! Too bad I’m trying not to spend money right now. I definitely have my eye on a few day dresses!

The quality is great, and I think the prices are overall reasonable. Would love to see more transparency on factory conditions and wages paid to the people sewing these dresses! If they can show that they are truly ethical, I think more people would be willing to pay the prices.

Some feedback - I think we would all appreciate the ability to receive a refund if something doesn’t work, instead of just a store credit. Maybe use those large clothing tags that can’t be reattached to avoid people wearing and then returning?

I am in love with JessaKae dresses. They are so flattering and feminine. My favorite things about them are how modest they are. I always get tons of compliments on any of the dresses I wear from them. Depending on the dress, they can be a bit pricey (depending on embroidery and material), but it is rare that I've ever had an issue with them. If I did, they were amenable to helping fix the issue. They also have incredible sales and their size guide is on point!

Ordered from Canada. Bought 1X but it was a little small, so I would size up. I did have to pay duties, but the dress was really nice quality and reflected the pictures. Still happy a year later and I would buy from their again.

I got the Fleur dress. The neck line is a little high for my taste, but great for a more modest look.

I follow them on TikTok because they always post about being size inclusive, however every time I’ve been on the website they haven’t had anything above an extra small. I finally found one dress that was a large, I waited a week only for them to cancel the order with only a canned response from the company.

I bought the Highbury dress in burgundy, and it was gorgeous! It fit beautifully and looked amazing, but they run out of dresses so fast, and the ones I've been wanting haven't been in stock for the past 6 months. Very unfortunate, wish they could step up their game a bit

I think this company makes marvelous modest dresses! I've ordered from this company twice and both orders were amazingly packed, neatly delivered, and the clothes themselves were very high quality. The lining of all dresses was SUPER comfortable (excellent percale cotton material, and if you ever felt those fabrics, you know exactly what I'm talking about). The flow of these dresses was to die for. The fit was amazing. Make sure to follow the sizing guide for the best fit - they're different for all dresses.

I know their return policy isn't the best, but I haven't encountered any dress that wasn't to my liking, so I never had to deal with that. I do hope they improve their returns policy for customers that were affected by it. But personally, I'd have to give this company 5 stars.

I took a chance on this brand and purchased a gift for a friend and her daughter. I liked that they have mommy and me dresses. Oh man I don't ever usually spend that much on myself but I wanted to treat her. I thought the quality would be really good since it's pricier than what I usually spend. Nope. Quality didn't feel any different than other $30 dresses I own and the style looked awful on my friend. Returns have to be made super fast (20 days of ordering not even from date received!). I even looked on Tiktok to checkout reviews- yeah this is why I don't believe social media sometimes. Also, you don't get your money back. You are just given credit but all the damn styles and silhouettes are similar so my friend is struggling to find anything she likes. uggggghhh This has been one of the worst shopping/ return experiences!!! Never again. Unless, you 100% know that you like a dress, I'd steer clear.

Their clothes aren’t flattering and some of the materials are very cheap and fits are cheesy and not sophisticated. What is even worse is their return policy which they recently changed without notice (I have been trying to use a credit from another return) and clothes are only returnable within 20 days of ORDERING, they ship USPS so in most cases you have less than a week from the item arriving to return it. They also only give store credit as a refund. Don’t waste your money here unless you are sure items will fit and you can tell from the pictures they are made of quality materials.

I ordered three dresses all in a size Large which when I looked at the size chart should fit a large UK 14. It was a little bit like goldilocks - one was too loose but I make it work with a jacket, one was just right but the third one was 2 sizes too small. I had a friend try it on as I'm going to resell it and it's a 12/14 top and 10/12 waist. Beautiful dress but impossible to send it back with the store policies and BEWARE import tax if delivering to anywhere outside of the USA. Prices are high and not worth the money e.g. Love Spell Tulle Dress @ €159 I would put at £60 max.

Wish I read the reviews before purchasing. I am almost certain that the models they use have a certain body type that will fit well in their dresses or they make adjustments to the dresses during the photoshoots because every single dress I have purchased, did not fit well on my size S body. It's very unflattering. It is also not the best quality for the price you are paying. I am the idiot though that got caught in their sale and decided to give them another chance. DO NOT purchase if you are in Canada. They make the return process so difficult. The return portal will not work if you are in Canada so then you will have to contact them. In addition to this, they want you to return the items back within 3 business days, which if you are shipping by Canada Post, is the second most expensive option. They have no reason to force this policy on you. You only can do exchanges or get your refund back on to a gift card. You also have to apply to get your tax & duties refund back. Avoid this company.
