The quality of the clothing was poor and not as per the on line photographs. I have returned the item which after 6 weeks ‘conveniently’ remains in customs in China and has not reached the return war... Toon meer

Borderline to being a scam. First of all they call their product orthopaedic although nothing about it is orthopaedic. Then they promise you next day delivery, just to send you then an email apologising for a delay. In the end it took several weeks as sent from China. The colour is far from the one on the picture, the design is also different and the quality is sub par.
Waste of money and time. Never again!

Ordered dresses, they did not fit. Emailed the same day as delivered to initiate return. Return address given was Asia! No UK return address. 10% discount offered to me (£100 spent £10 refund offered) I could however keep the dresses, that do not fit and take the £10 refund….Obviously declined this offer. Reported to Trading standards and contacted bank.

I was also stung my this company. The goods I received were not as described. I returned the goods at my own expense tracked delivery and im still chasing my refund.

AVOID at all costs ! The one star is for the delivery experience only. Ordered orthopaedic trainers from Jesse London, described as leather, these arrived and to say I was disappointed is an understatement, plastic, poor quality footwear, too small for a size 5 which was ordered, and with a vile smell of plastic coming from them. Please save your money ! This is most definitely a drop shipping company. Probably ordered from temu and sold at 5 x the original price, scam and sham of a company ! Avoid !!!

I saw a picture of a lovely dress with a short sleeved long length chiffon over shirt. I paid £41.95. What I got was cheap cheap cheap and looked nothing like the picture. This site gives you the impression it is uk based but it’s not, everything is from China. Also, despite your “free-returns” advert, if you want to return, you have to PAY to return TO CHINA, not London as per the delivery label. DO NOT USE THIS SITE IT IS A SCAM

Very disappointed with my experience with Jesse London. I ordered a dress for £35 which looked nothing like I expected and wanted to return it. I was then told I would have to pay return shipping to China myself, which would cost almost as much as the dress.
Instead of offering a proper return solution, they offered me just £5.09 to keep an item I didn’t want. This information was not made clear before ordering. I would not recommend buying from this company unless you are prepared to keep the item regardless of quality or fit.

Just been stung for £25.90 to return a pair of “leather clogs” that were not leather or orthopaedic benefit or anything like the image on the web site. The contact email is England but products have to be returned to china.Never had a problem with Temu or SHEIN but these guys look slick and expensive. They are not. They did offer me a 10% contribution towards postage.

This company is fake. Do not use them. The quality of clothing is poor. They take several weeks to arrive from China and you cannot return any unsuitable items. There is no refund policy because you have to pay to return the items to China which takes weeks and is expensive. Jesse-London is based in China, nothing London or UK about it. It’s a con to reel you in. When I asked to return the items as they were not fit for purpose they told me not to bother, to regift them as the expense to return them would be more than the value of the items. A complete fraud. Do not use them.

Stupidly thought company was based in London because of the name...received dress after 2 weeks, was poor quality and sizing was awful...emailed for a refund only to be told has to be sent back to Asia and I have to pay or they could offer me £3.50 and I could keep the shoddy dress. If I could give a 0 star I would. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. The communication with this company was awful and the item I received was a poor attempt at a fancy dress costume.
I waited a month for this dress to arrive and shows up in the incorrect size, although the size guide was followed, and the complete wrong fabric. I contacted to complete a return aware that shipping costs would be obscene, but as per THIER own return and refund policy the item was incorrect as of the wrong variant they are responsible for the shipping, boo.
The hassle I went through to attempt to return this and kept responding with the half arsed email they initially sent was RIDICULOUS. What is the point of their customer support? I thought they were suppose to help.
Morale of the story DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS CO
MPANY, if you want to keep your money and sanity.
I lost brain cells through the discussion with this scam business.

Oh my goodness, It should be zero. I wish I had looked at the reviews before buying from Jesselondon.
I agree with everything that the customers on here have already said. Its not even based in London- you have to send back returns to China- costing a fortune. Then they say , oh yes but you can keep the garment and get £15% back- but I do not want to keep the garment. It looks nothing like the one I ordered, the making of it is poor and its just like a pair of baggy trousers too long, they were meant to be cropped.
Unbelievable! Trouble is I feel like I have been scammed!

I ordered a pair of cowboy boots for my husband’s birthday in April. I always read reviews before purchasing from a company I have not used before. However, on this occasion, as my husband knew what boots he was looking for, he googled ‘cowboy boots’ and he liked a picture of a pair that came up from Jesse London. I think this is the first example of how the company misleads potential customers. No-one would think that a company with this name would have a warehouse base in China. This demonstrates that from the outset, the company is trying to trick the customer by making them think that they are based in the UK.
We waited just shy of one month to receive the boots and having read the reviews after placing the order (due to the delay in receiving the goods), we were not expecting much. The boots were sent in a bag, not a box and there were no tags or labels on them. They were far smaller than the size 9 we ordered and the quality was poor - therefore, in no way a reflection of what was described on the website.
My husband contacted the company and was told that we have to pay the shipping fees to return the item to China. When he complained, he was told that he could keep the boots and would receive a 10% refund. This is completely unacceptable. The product is NOT what was advertised or described and this is the fault of Jesse London, NOT us. Why would my husband want to keep a pair of boots that don’t even fit?!
I have to laugh when I see the replies from Jesse London to reviews that have been written. They repeatedly express that they want to resolve the issues but this is simply not true. They have no respect for their customers or the money that Jesse London are in effect, stealing from them. I do not believe that this company is operating legally and I will be taking further action if a full refund is not given within the next 14 days.

This Company has to be banned from trading ripping of customers who have problems with their items. I purchased from this company.
Boots badly packaged in plastic bag, no box for exspensive cowboy boots. They were crumpled and squashed on their journey from China.Out of shape but more importantly I can’t get my foot in the boots to small at the ankle.Promised me the earth to resolve this issue after dozen emails and pictures they offered me 15% off the retail price and for me to keep the boots that don’t fit and I cannot wear.
I never checked reviews before I bought this product Big Mistake, trust in what other people have experienced with Jesse London more like Jesse China!!! Stay away from this company Don’t buy a thing, if it’s wrong your going to get conned and have your money simply snatched away by this company and you’ll be just like me trying to warn others and report them to British trading standard. Is my next step if they don’t resolve my situation.
All i ask of them was to send me a returns label take accountability and refund us our money. But they say we have to pay shipping back to China there’s the catch and still received nothing from them.Ban this Company from trading now.!!!

Wish I’d have read reviews before buying. I thought the company was based in London - it’s not! Their sizing is inaccurate. They say returns are easy…. But you have to pay to return to China and can’t do so anyway because they refuse to send you return details. Avoid at all costs!!!
