I will be more cautious in future.

Ordered a pair of gents orthopaedic slip on clogs which looked good in the sales photo & description encouraging.
After awaiting 3 weeks for the delivery, to my horror upon opening the package I could not believe the quality of the shoes.
Absolute cheap tat !
When I ordered the shoes , within minutes I received an email from Jesse, London saying there would be a delay in delivery.
I immediately investigated the performance history of the company & to my dismay the reviews of the company were quite frightening , where numerous customers were portraying it as a scam.
I immediately contacted my Card company to see if payment had cleared.
Unfortunately , it had been taken & was recorded.
Additionally, there is no advise given when purchasing that goods need to be returned to China.
There is no question , in my opinion, Trading standards need to look into the validity of describing products & source of the goods & return policies accurately highlighted in their purchasing policy.
I will now be much more aware in future upon ordering through the internet.

Beware- this is a company to avoid

Beware - this is a company to avoid. They advertise a ‘hassle-free’ returns policy but it isn’t. They appear to be a Chinese business with a misleading London address. When they don’t acknowledge receipt of returns you are left with no goods and no money!
It feels like a scam.

Scammers

As with similar reviews Jesse London is one to avoid. Their website is slick but don't let that deceive you - once you place an order they email saying due to 'high demand' there will be a delay in your order. This should have been made clear before placing an order. Ten minutes after emailing to cancel my order and demand a refund I got an update to say my order has now been processed! How convenient! I have emailed again to demand a refund or I'll contact my credit card company (Amex). Stay away!

My husband purchased a suit from these scam artists which I can only describe as tacky cheap overpriced and wouldn't even wear as pyjamas. They offered 10% refund and to keep the suit... keep it for what (plus it didn't fit) then they offered 15% or to send it back to China at his own cost to get full refund. But the return address on label is a London address.... makes no sense!! He is still battling with them now. They should be ashamed of themselves as this is clearly what they do take your money in exchange for unwearable items then refuse to refund you unless its at your cost again!!!!

It’s one star as you can’t put a minus! Avoid at all costs, apparently my items are still waiting for clearance in china so I’ve no chance of a refund! It’s a joke of a company. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering.

Please Stay well clear of this scam…

Please Stay well clear of this scam company, there product is cheap tacky and expensive, and have major issues with there sizing, I bought a pair cowboy boots, the boots were crumbled and badly wrapped in plastic, No Box to protect them. But they badly made and would not fit, now they want me to return them to China, they offered me 10% discount to keep boots that don’t fit absolutely madness. Don’t be curious and buy from this company, this company should be struck off the internet, as non genuine.

Avoid at all costs!! Scam company!

Avoid at all costs! Ordered a pair of orthopaedic trainers in a UK size 8, they've arrived and they're the most awful quality, cheap tat and sizing is ridiculously small. Won't even fit my size 5 child! Scam company. Will be doing a charge back!

It’s a scam

Much the same as everyone else has said. They are a scam outfit. I received 2 dresses which bore no resemblance to the photos. Awful cheap fabric and stitching. Wouldn’t honour their own refund policy after I sent photos of the seams coming apart. Unwearable but would only offer a 20% refund. Asked me to send back to China at my own cost which contradicts their own refund policy. Avoid. Wish I had checked their ratings first! Lesson learned.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!! This company advertises as if they're based in the UK. "Only deliver in the UK". Realistically they are based in China and their quality of "leather" is shocking. To return, you need to pay shipping to China. And if that's not bad enough, they frauded my bank card by adding it to a Google wallet so they could take further money without my authorisation. I got an alert from my bank about them. I tried to cancel my order 35 minutes after ordering and they said cancellation has to be within 30 minutes, even though my order wasn't dispatched for 5 days!!

DONT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE. - MISLEADING.
Wish I had read these reviews before purchase. My garment eventually arrived after about 3 weeks and was far too big. I have been trying to return, but as already mentioned it will cost 50% of the cost of purchase which is disgusting, and you have to go through so many hoops. How can a company be allowed to call themselves London.co when they are in China. I’m cross with myself.

BEWARE OF JESSE LONDON — AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

The dresses are extremely poor quality, and the sizing is completely inaccurate. I’m now out of pocket because of this order and very disappointed with the overall experience.

Absolutely dreadful company

Absolutely dreadful company. Call themselves Jesse-LONDON but if you want to return an item you must send it to China at your own cost, approx 50% of the cost of the actual item. They try to fob you off with 15% refund and keep the garment- which, for the record, is cheap tat. Nothing like the photos. Many people report the company denying ever receiving their returns. Despicable company. We'll see if my return ever finds it's way back home to China! STEER WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY
