Can this company please be reported . They are illegally advertising that they are based in the uk. Can trust pilot please pick this up ? They are falsely advertising clothing that does not look as per their advertising. It’s a fraud.

REFUSING TO REFUND

Placed an order on 21st May - didn't arrive until 9th June
I chased several times - no response
Quality is appalling, not to size and doesnt represent what they advertise.
Im trying to return and they wanted photos of how it looked or didnt fit - I refused.
Ive been waiting for a return code/ label and they have started to ignore my emails.
THEY ARE AVOIDING REFUNDING AND KEEP OFFERING A DISCOUNT - I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.

Thank you again for your patience and I completely understand your concerns, and I’m truly sorry this experience hasn’t gone as expected.

At this point, I’ve reviewed everything carefully, and I’m able to offer a 45% discount code as our final resolution. This is the highest option available for this case.

I do want to be transparent that this is the best and final offer we can provide, and it allows us to resolve this for you immediately without further delays. Alternative options, such as refunds, are currently limited and involve significantly longer processing times.

For that reason, this option is the most practical and immediate way to move forward, and I’d highly recommend taking advantage of it.

Please let me know if you’d like me to proceed and I’ll make sure this is arranged for you right away.

REFUSING REFUND - This is the 3RD time they offered a discount instead of what Im asking for.

The reply below is just standard. I will never order from this company.

If it looks too good to be true

If it looks too good to be true . . .
I live in England, and so I thought was the company. It’s not. Product took over weeks to arrive from China or Hong Kong.
The dress was ill Fitting.
The return support link is bogus.
Sham company. Avoid.

Spam, avoid!
How i wish I would researched this prior making an order. The dress was small so asked for return info, only to be either ignored or saying following:
As one-time courtesy, we’d be happy to send you a replacement in your correct size. We normally don’t cover replacements for sizing issues that result from incorrect selection, but we’re making an exception for you.
To proceed, we’d just need you to cover the shipping fee of $14.95.
Outrageous, by the law I have right to return. So will have to go through my bank to get my money back, very temped to take this to small court to get those spamers responsible

CHINEASE FAKE UK COMPANY WITH FAKE AI IMAGES OF THEIR FAKE SHOP

Jessica by Bee is not a legitimate, trustworthy boutique.

Despite advertising itself on social media as a small, independent UK clothing company, consumer watchdogs and customer reviews strongly warn against shopping with them. They are based in CHINA using FAKE AI images of their "shop" in the UK.

Independent analysis of the store reveals the following risks:

Deceptive Advertising: They often market themselves using "sob stories" about a pregnant owner or closing down a local London/UK boutique.

Poor Quality: Customers report receiving cheap, low-quality items made of synthetic materials that do not match the advertised photos.

Customer Reviews: The store has very low ratings on consumer sites like ⁠Trustpilot, with many buyers referring to the experience as a scam.

Shipping and Returns: Shoppers face severe difficulties processing returns, obtaining refunds, or receiving proper customer support.

Contact your bank immediately and report the above, as they are a scam business. Initiate Chargeback to them under Section 75.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

I wish I'd thought to check reviews before my order. People are led to believe this company is 2 sisters from York UK, thus I ordered in good faith.
After over a week of waiting for my order I began to get a bit suspicious and emailed to check shipping.
No response and now I've checked reviews I am absolutely gutted.
If and when my order does arrive, I suspect will not be as seen.

Absolute scam

Absolute scam. Finally received clothes nearly 3 weeks after ordering. Clothes are very poor quality, cheap not like advertised items. Address in York for company in Uk is vacant convenience store. Has never been clothes retail unit. In return section it’s printed that they do not refund sales items (yet all they sell are sales item) which is against consumer rights in uk. Can only contact them by email and no response.

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company.
I bought a dress from this website, they claim to be British, they are not, the item came from China and took 2 weeks.
When it arrived it was clearly a cheap copy of the dress I’d ordered. The hem was totally different and the zipper was broken. They asked for photos which I sent.
Several frustrating emails later and they still haven’t offered me a refund. The best they have offered is a replacement of the same terrible dress!
You have to wait 24 hours for a response to every email and it just seems like delaying tactics so you eventually give up. Do not order from this company is my advice.
*edit - their reply below is nonsense. I’ve sent so many emails. Apparently the best they can offer is a 45% refund, for a faulty dress that doesn’t match the picture or description. And guess what, I’m still waiting for the refund.
