I ordered several bags and the quality…

I ordered several bags and the quality on only one was decent. The zipper does not work on one of the duffel bags and they will not refund me despite the fact that I sent them a video. They have absolutely terrible customer service! I would look elsewhere!

Chronic website issues

I’ve experienced chronic issues with their website — their design tools are outdated and need serious updating. When I email their support team with problems, I receive basic, often generic responses that don’t actually address my questions. It usually takes multiple follow-ups, and even then, the issues are rarely resolved.
I always end up having to find a workaround just to complete my work.

They do have nice products, and I’ve sold quite a bit through them, but at this point, I’m actively looking for a new POD vendor who offers better platform functionality and responsive support.

Top Notch Quality and Good Selection

The products are top notch quality and they do have a wide variety of products to choose from. The only downside is that they are in China and do not have a US facility to ship from. So, shipping times are slow and usually on average I have observed about 18 days from time of order to arrival on the doorstep. Overall a good company.

ESTAFA !!!!

I have placed several orders over the past months, ONE OF THE ORDERS WAS BEFORE CHRISTMAS, two pants, which have not arrived because according to Jetprint my address does not exist.
And it is the same address as other orders I have placed.
The order, Jetprint says that the shipping company has it and the shipping company says that they do not have it.

IT IS TOTALLY A SCAM !!!!

He hechos varios pedidos desde hace meses , UNO DE LOS PEDIDOS FUE ANTES DE NAVIDAD , dos pantalones , que no me han llegado porque según Jetprint mi dirección no existe
Y es la misma dirección que en otros pedidos que he hecho.
El pedido, Jetprint dice que lo tiene la empresa de transporte y la empresa de transporte dice que ella no lo tiene

ES TOTALMENTE UNA ESTAFA !!!!

Great Products - Top Customer Services

I really like Jetprint POD they have products that we can't find in any other provider and their customer services is first class. I am so happy working with them that I am progressively transferring working with the leader of POD to now fully work with JetPrint because they are so much better. Thank you JetPrint Team.

Best POD company

1. JetPrint offers a wide range of products, saving me from having to switch between multiple POD companies.

2. Quick customer service response, resolving various issues I encounter in a timely manner.

3. Great quality. So far, I haven't received any complaints from my customers about product issues.

4. Easy to use design tools. I really appreciate the real-time preview feature, which allows me to adjust my designs instantly.

5. Fast shipping. The production and shipping took a total of 12 days, earning me five-star review from my customers.

I have a very bad experience with this…

I have a very bad experience with this provider, who is very dubious. They subsequently charge an overpriced $35 shipping fee for 1 T-shirt! instead of the specified 9.68 US dollars. Of course, they only let you know when you can no longer cancel the product. So you can't be sure what you're paying and it's very unreliable. Stay away and look for a better provider.

We've notice about this problem. We can help you send this order free of charge, but as for the freight in remote areas, we still need to explain.

We have specially indicated a note on our website, reminding the customer that, therefore, now that the customer's area is remote, we have the right to charge the customer for the remoteness of the area.

All of our customers follow this rule, and if we don't have any tips on the site, it's JetPrint's fault. But we did.

2. For most of our customers, we have three solutions for the remote areas customers to choose from.

First, pay the remote fee to us, then we help you continue to send.

Second, your customer can modify the address, we help them continue to send.

Third, you can cancel the order, but the product has been made, so we can only can help you refund the shipping cost.

3. Since we have already reminded our customers about the shipping cost in advance on our website, your refund request is not reasonable.

Closing my account

Something has gone wrong with every order so far. Response time to queries takes forever. I have deleted these products from my store and will be closing my Jetprint account. It's not worth the hassle of customers complaints with slow production and delivery times. I use two other print on demand services and have had no issues with them at all.

Get orders wrong frequently

Get orders wrong frequently. Totally changed one of my products adding colours that don't exist in my design.

Their delivery fees vary wildly for the same products.

Their customer service is terrible.

Regarding the third question, our customer service department has provided a positive response and initiated a refund for your order. Refunds are processed within a specific timeframe, so there may be a slight delay in processing.

Fulfillment takes forever...

Update (3 stars): Got the order, but it still isn't updated on the page. Not a bad product just difficult if you can't let customers know it shipped or track it.

Original review (one star): Placed a test order on November 14th, it's now December 4th and it's not fulfilled yet. Never going to make a customer wait this long, absolutely terrible. Never using them again.

COMPLETE TRASH

COMPLETE TRASH. GARBAGE COMPANY. On my VERY second order for a customer, they leave it for 10 days, so I ask, "hey, it's been 10 days, just checking on the order." Then they write me back. "there was production issue, can you re-make the bag?"...WHAT?!? After my customer has been waiting 10 DAYS they tell me there is an issue only AFTER I CONTACTED THEM. Then I write them a long note about how I am disappointed and need to get this issue fixed. THEY DON'T EVEN RESPOND. So I cancelled my customer's order. What a horrible company. You want true reviews about JetPrint? Just type "Jetprint reviews" in Google to read all the nightmares. They are so bad that Etsy literally REMOVED ALL MY JETPRINT PRODUCTS because they do not trust JetPrint and does not allow them to connect to Etsy any longer. USE INKEDJOY INSTEAD. They are not perfect but FAR BETTER than JetPrint. JETPRINT WILL RUIN YOUR BUSINESS. If you do not listen to this review and still decide to use JetPrint. You deserve what you will get.

Positive experience

I've been using JetPrint for over a year, and I've successfully established my branded shoe store. Their printing quality and speedy shipping have garnered unanimous praise for my store, prompting me to award them a 5-star rating.

However, they currently face some user experience issues. I reached out to their customer service a week ago and received a prompt response. They informed me that they are continuously updating their app's functions, which is great news for me. I plan to continue using their services.

Decent

Decent! Was hesitant as there is a lack of reviews. But my order was produced and received within a couple of weeks which is pretty fast!
Great quality also, will be using regularly now.
