Very long production times. Also the shipping time is HUGE and EXPENSIVE. Paying 12 usd for shipping that will arrive in +20 days !

My orders were handled very well from start to finish. Customer service was responsive and supportive, and the pricing is more affordable compared to the market while still maintaining great quality. Highly recommended🌹🌹🌹🌹

I’ve been ordering from Printdoors since September last year, and overall my experience has been very positive - especially thanks to their customer support.

I ran into a few challenges along the way, and I want to specifically commend Leo for how she handled everything. She genuinely listened to my concerns, understood how time-consuming and stressful these issues can be for sellers, and took them seriously rather than brushing them off.

Leo went above and beyond to help resolve the situation, arranged replacements where needed, and worked hard behind the scenes to improve things going forward. What impressed me most was her attitude - patient, professional, and truly customer-focused. It’s rare to find support staff who are this responsive and willing to advocate for their customers.

Thanks to her efforts, I’m very happy with the outcome and feel confident continuing to work with Printdoors. Excellent service and outstanding support from Leo. Highly appreciated.

Great items the way i designed them ill order again hopefully with better shipping prices

I sell POD products, mainly through my Etsy shop. PrintDoors has a selection of products that aren't available elsewhere, at least not at reasonable prices. They also have a Made in USA line with free shipping within the US. Their design process is great, and so are their mockups. Descriptions leave something to be desired, but I improve these after they arrive in my shop. PrintDoors is well integrated with platforms such as Etsy. You do have to complete the order once it is sent over—editing it to include shipping details and the desired shipping option. Then manually complete the orders once they ship and provide tracking information to the customer. All in all, I'm very glad I found PrintDoors.

When I opened an account with PrintDoors I was assigned a dedicated Customer Service Manager, Harry, whose support is amazing. She made sure my sample order was received and that I was satisfied with the products. Plus she is right there to help me if I have any questions or concerns. I ordered an all-over print Tote and a personalized key chain and the quality of the products was excellent and the printing was superb. I am looking forward to designing more items.

PrintDoors assign you your own sales agent. I had a customer ask how quickly his order could arrive as a birthday gift. I passed this on to my sales agent, and she made it a priority and it was delivered early. I was able to keep him updated as to where his package was, due to the tracking information supplied by print doors. The customer was so happy that he gave my store five stars. The PrintDoors sales agents are very helpful and respond quickly.

Printdoors offers good quality items and ships fast with tracking info. The support team also replies really fast. When asked, Joanna even makes photos of the items before they ship them, so I can see what my customers receive too.

Printdoors is the most reliable POD supplier I have worked with so far. They are always very attentive to solving my problems. When I first ordered my samples, they also provided a photo service to ensure that the samples were taken before shipping. In line with my expectations, this is a shocking service. I guarantee that I have never encountered such service among the 5 suppliers I have experienced before. The product quality is not inferior at the low price. I Very lucky to meet this supplier！

I ordered two items on august 6, and they arrived august 15. One was an adult hoodie dress, and one was a child's hoodie.
It has been years since I ordered items from China. They said their clothes run true to size, but I didn't believe them. Both people I ordered for are between sizes. The adult usually wears a small, but sometimes they are a little snug, so I ordered an adult large. It was a tent on her! I should have ordered the small. Same with the boy's hoodie. He'll grow into it in a couple years. So yes, they run true to the sizes I'm used to in the US, possibly even a little on the big size.

I also was worried about the fabric. I thought it might feel rough, or plasticy, or be uncomfortable, but both items were heavy fabric (they are for winter wear and I wanted them to be warm) and look well made, with smooth, slightly stretchy fabric that looks like good quality.

Both tops were decorated with photos of paintings I had painted myself, so I worried that the colors would be dull or muddy. I had taken a high res photo and submitted that for printing, and the patterns were wonderful. Seriously great depth of color an wonderful detail. I am so pleased!! Now to order more, in the right size. I feel confident that they will also be wonderful.

Different kind of products, personal customer service is really great advantage. More detailed product info and mockup images for some products will be great. And also solving purchasing issue with 3d credit card will make my life easier.

I use PrintDoors all the time. The user interface of their site and mockup photos are the best I have come across from all POD sites. Their site is extremely user friendly and I find it easiest to place POD orders with them then with my other POD suppliers, simply because their site is so organized and makes it so simple to place multiple orders. They also do a fantastic job with FBA and make the process simple and trustworthy. They have an extensive variety of items and AMAZING customer service. Camille is there to answer my every question and has exceptional service. I highly recommend this company. You will be glad you used them as I am so happy to have found Printdoors!

I've been really impressed with the quality of products, the pricing is also very competitive. The platform is easy to use and navigate. Everything gets shipped out super fast, which is awesome. Plus, they have such a wide range of products that I always find what I need.

I was introduced to Printdoors by a friend, before I had been using Printify, I have been using Printdoors for a while and their customer service team as well as their technical team are so good. When I had any problems, day or night, they were always available to me and solved the problem in a timely manner. I have been slowly transferring my orders to Printdoors and I'm sure I will progress with Printdoors in the future.

I found the Printdoors website, amazing ! there are over 1,000 products that I could choose from, and one piece also can ship to all the world. the most important is that they also have a service for making tags and labels, they can produce them for me according to my own design, which is really perfect. The customer service is also very fast and always answer my questions, I think I will order my first order from Printdoors soon.Printdoors is awesome!
