Tricia was incredible, I had a picture of my wife's wedding ring that I wanted to make a custom matching necklace for, I made a rough sketch and she did a fantastic job bringing it to life, more beautiful than I was picturing in the first place. The process was pleasant and fast for custom jewelry!

I had my engagement ring and wedding band created by JewleryThis. Carrie helped me through the entire process for both rings. From the very beginning, she offered her expertise while still incorporating the design and vision I was going for, and she stayed in my budget. She was quick to respond to my questions and provided updates as the rings were in production. Jewlerythis’ website and communication portal is so easy to use and navigate which also made the process enjoyable. I would definitely recommend working with them!

This piece is so special to my family and will forever be a part of it. My late father wore a gold pitbull pendant and we’re bringing the tradition back. Working with Sabrina was a very pleasant experience. I recieved the ring yesterday that I faceted myself. I must say wow the ring pops! The Jewelry team and especially Sabrina did an excellent job -presentation was A+ as well! I will be sending in a few more stones to mount in future custom designs shortly!

I wasn't 100% sure of what I was looking for in an engagement ring, but Carrie was very patient with me as I went through the design process until we came up with a concept I liked. We were lucky enough to meet with Aron, who offered invaluable insight into natural stones, and suggested a beautiful set of paraiba tourmalines for the ring. I was touched by how the team not only wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied, but clearly passionate on their own for the project. It made me excited and so happy to receive my ring, which was even better than I imagined it would be. I would recommend anyone interested in a custom piece to entrust the team at Jewelrythis.

I have had 2 pieces designed by JewelryThis and both times the communication was been excellent, the designs have been unique, and, the payment process makes it easier to purchase.

They did a great job of taking my idea and turning it into a reality! They were professional and responded in a timely manner whenever I had any kinds of questions! I am so happy with how it turned out and I am going to have them do another piece for me when I am ready!!

I cannot comment on a final product because I decided to choose another company. I just want to caution people to get multiple quotes and try local jewelers before making a decision. In my experience, the pricing from this company is very inflated. I understand the cost of materials, the cost of custom designing, and the cost of making a ring. However, I was told that a simple dome bezel ring would start at $2,500 when I’m providing the stone myself. I had a custom ring made with another company in the last year, and the total cost was $750 (I also provided my own stones), so I know that this is unreasonable. In addition to the high pricing, the jeweler also said they would not use 10k rose gold (per my request) and would instead use 14k rose gold. She stated that 10k rose gold is “brittle” even though it’s also known to be more scratch resistant and suitable for daily wear jewelry. I can understand making a suggestion, but I think it’s wrong to state that they would not use the metal that I requested. I was not pleased with this initial communication and would caution others to do their own research and price comparisons before making a decision!

Edit: I received a quote for the same custom ring today that is $1,300 from a company that also used CAD design. They would use my requested 10k rose gold as the metal, but this is the only difference. I’ve done my research and understand the value of gold. I find the representatives of this company to be condescending. I would never buy anything from Brilliant Earth because they are wildly overpriced as well.

I would never work with JewelryThis again. While I eventually did receive the ring I wanted, and they did include four small diamonds for free in the final design, the overall process was extremely frustrating.

The first custom ring they delivered was completely wrong, which forced me to postpone my proposal. Despite repeatedly clarifying my requests, I felt unheard and had to reiterate the same details over and over. The initial "redesign" was identical, aside from thicker bands I hadn't asked for, and none of the corrections I wanted were applied. It was quite the disappointing experience. I even asked to cancel the project and do a refund. This was ignored but for two brief days the communication was finally satisfactory and expedient. Allowing me to go ahead the redesign and production phase.

Nonetheless, communication throughout was poor and inconsistent -I was never confident the ring would even arrive on time. To top it off, the final piece came a full size larger than what I had specified, so I now have to pay a local jeweler to resize it.

The free diamonds and the fact they finally did a good job are the only reason this review isn't zero star.

I had a pendant made to honor my deceased friends. I was amazed at how easy the process was from start to finish. I submitted my terrible art design and they cleaned it up for me and the rest was in their hands. They sent me many messages Updating me through the process and even a Starbucks gift card while I wait! The entire team did an amazing job on my pendant and I wear it every day. It truly captured what I envisioned.

I reached out to JewelryThis for a custom necklace that would last for years to come and match exactly what I had in mind. Holly was incredible to work with and kept me updated every step of the way. My necklace is incredibly detailed and exactly what I wanted. Perfect size and incredible quality. I had so many options during the design process and Holly was incredible at communicating with me, and notifying me that my design was taking a little longer than anticipated but the wait was one hundred percent worth it. I will be coming to JewelryThis for all of my custom projects in the future!
