The chap that carried out the work was great. Lots of information too.
Booking the job was really difficult. The AI was awful. Kept interrupting me talking. Wrote down my email wrong twice. I booked for today the 13th. Yet got a text yesterday thec12th that the chap was on his way there. All that part was a bit difficult.

My visit today from JG Pest Control was completed extremely satisfactory.
Danny was very knowledgeable, friendly and polite. He explained everything that he saw and gave a thorough explanation as to what had got into our loft space. I would highly recommend Danny/this company.

Do not use this company. You will pay an extortionate price , they want your money up front for doing nothing. I called them to get rid of a wasps nest, I explained that I did not know where the entry point was but was told that it was ok as they would find it. I also explained that the wasps were coming in through the spotlight in the bedroom ceiling where my grandchildren sleep, they didnt care. Someone came out the next day he was here less than ten mins ,said he couldn’t do anything because he didn’t know where the entry point was,he couldn’t get away quick enough. I was told to contact them when I found the entry point. I was not happy with their response so I called them the next day only to be told that I must have left the bedroom window open and that the wasps were drawn to the heat of the light.i asked for a refund and they totally refused. I called another pest company out 2days later whom located the wasps nest. Do not entertain this rip off cowboy organisation, they will take your money, refuse a refund and lie through their teeth. Beware please do not use this awful company. I have paid £203.99 for absolutely nothing. They will use any excuse not to refund you. l really hope you enjoy my hard earned money. Horrible nasty company

Martyn did a very good job getting rid of our wasp problems, he was very polite and efficient, I can highly recommend the company,first class service.
