JG Pest Control Reviews

Martyn did a very good job getting rid of our wasp problems, he was very polite and efficient, I can highly recommend the company, first class service.

Martyn was knowledgeable and gave me information to protect from rodents gaining further access to my property. He was fast, efficient, friendly and respected my property.

Great knowledge. Professional. Got the job done.

Very polite staff, very thorough job done. We thought we had a wasp nest and before even inspecting our loft the inspector noticed that next-door had a wasp nest in their loft and pointed out where you could see them flying in and out. He still inspected our loft to ensure there wasn't a nest, then treated the nest next door. I would recommend this company for any pest control requirements.

Jamie Hewett was great, on time, fast and very professional!

Great service also by the internal team with communication

Happy I chose JG pest control!

The worst company I think I’ve dealt with, ever! Once they take the deposit, that’s where it all ends. Did an inferior treatment on our house which didn’t work and then refused to come back, sent us in circles of weeks cancelling appointment after appointment for all sorts of reasons hours before they were meant to arrive. All the while knowing we had 2 young children living in a hotel and family split up. Honestly the most untrustworthy, cowboy company I’ve ever come across, all the good reviews are for small easy jobs, anything that requires more effort they seem to do the same thing. Avoid at all costs.

The response by JG Pest Control was quick and efficient (8am the morning after I called). Luke was highly professional and dealt with the wasp nest thoroughly and safely. All done in less than 30 minutes. Excellent and high quality service. Thanks.

Anthony was a lovely man, who listened closely to my rat issues. We surveyed our back garden and key access points.
He then showed me the tamper proof traps explaining why they are placed where they are.
I felt very comfortable and appreciated his informed advice.
