JG Pest Control Reviews

Fantastic service after being let down by another company.
Arrived within 2 hours of phoning.
Kieron was very knowledgable and did a thorough survey all around the house.
Would certainly recommend this company to anyone. Thank you

Anthony was a lovely man, who listened closely to my rat issues. We surveyed our back garden and key access points.
He then showed me the tamper proof traps explaining why they are placed where they are.
I felt very comfortable and appreciated his informed advice.

I discovered an active wasp nest on my property and contacted JG Pest Control for help. The entire experience was flawless fro.m start to finish. Aaron walked me through the treatment plan. By that afternoon all wasp activity had completely ceased. I haved seen a wasp since.

Craig was very helpful and did a thorough job. He was friendly and polite. Thank you.

Ryan came out within 2 hours of me vooking the service and talked me through the process for mice services which put me at ease. Payment system is straightforward and i was pleased to get this dealt with on a Sunday

Very quick response and very pleasant and helpful staff.

First visit from chris today explained the process from start to finish, put me at ease great service 😁

He was very prompt
Made us feel reassured
A very detailed survey
He was reassuring

Adam was polite and did a thorough look round the house gave advice on everything and explained what would happen and what we should do next

Ryan was great. Really helpful. Checked all areas and answered all our questions.

Was very helpful , and gave me some good advice would highly recommend

Robin's visit was very professional and proved that the rats only remained in what is left of an old compost heap (that I'm removing). The traps near the compost heap are being visited, and dead rats are being found - so it's working.

Great service, friendly and professional technicians. We are very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend JG for Pest Control Services.

Easy booking. Turned up quickly and on time. Identified issues and explained clearly action taken.
Thoroughly recommend.

The team at JG pest control were very good at getting me in for an appointment. There was a slight miscommunication at first of what day I needed them to come but they solved it for me straight away and got someone out to me the next day after calling on a Sunday!

Speedy and efficient follow up service . Thank you.

Chris arrived today to deal with a rodent issue in our loft; he was very professional and informative about the problem we have, and he also dealt with a very nervous client, demonstrating a calm and efficient attitude so as not to escalate the client's fear any further.
Excellent service!

Treatment worked well; Ethan was excellent

The treatment has worked well and Ethan was excellent, friendly, professional, thorough and very clear in explaining what we needed to do afterwards. I was very happy with the service he personally provided.

My only negative experience was with JG Pest Control’s appointment management before Ethan’s visit. We had two appointments cancelled on the day, which was frustrating after arranging our time around them. To be clear, this had nothing to do with Ethan or the service he provided.

Overall, I’m pleased with the outcome and would particularly like to recognise Ethan for the quality of his work. I just think the company could improve the reliability and communication around appointments.

Anthony was very reassuring and friendly and seemed to have lots of experience and knowledgable
