Contacted via chat and response was immediate. Technician visited property the same day and left little flags where he'd put traps. Garden left tidy. Told to call back in two-three weeks for traps to be checked.

The company has responded very quickly each time I have contacted them. They have organised the work very quickly, which has given me great peace of mind, and are knowledgeable, considerate and reassuring. A company who want your business and treat you as a valued customer.

Genuinely lovely company to deal with. Friendly person came round and was professional and clear in explanations. We asked that he try to be discreet around our daughter who did not know about the mouse and he was fantastic.

We were left at the end with a clear understanding of the problem and next steps and our daughter was oblivious.

They came the same day and carried out the works quickly and efficiently

The company were very prompt to repond to my query and told me that a Technician would get to us the same morning if possible. After our payment had been received, Anthony got in touch to say he was on his way. We discussed the pest issue, and Anthony explained what he needed to do. Hopefully the fungus gnats will not return!
