They charged my card, delivered my order to another state and despite numerous follow ups and requests for more information or a refund, I hear nothing. Just their AI giving empty promises. I have never been scammed this badly. Terrible company. DO NOT TRUST THEM.
I placed an order for JiffyTransfers UV DTF stickers and was very impressed. The turnaround time was incredibly fast, the quality was excellent, and their customer service was extremely helpful throughout the process. I will definitely be using their services again!
What a horrible customer service experience. Instead of communicating like a professional company, Jiffy Stickers simply refunded my order without any explanation or attempt to resolve the issue. Why would you process a refund without first sending a simple email to explain the problem and ask if I wanted to switch to the available size of 3.15" x 1.15"?
This is basic Customer Service 101. When there is an issue with an order, you communicate with the customer and offer a solution before canceling the transaction. A quick email could have easily resolved the situation, but instead, I was left confused and inconvenienced.
Good customer service is about communication and problem solving. Unfortunately, this experience showed neither. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY!
I just received a perfectly custom printed set of tshirts in 24 hours and for a modest price! My kids are going on a trip and created their own design and uploaded them to the Jiffy website and ordering was a breeze...now they and their friends can enjoy their own custom tshirst! I actually sought out review spots because they really deserve it! Way to go Jiffy!
I ordered a hoodie with a transfer I loved. Took over 3 hours to finally get the order placed.
Today I receive an email that my order has been canceled. They canceled because they didn’t like the transfer and told me I needed to change it.
Can only “chat” with them, no phone conversation. They don’t allow that.
Customer service is nonexistent. If I could give negative stars, I would.
Avoid this company. They canceled my order and kept my money. Reporting to FTC.
I ordered 350 transfers from them. They were due to arrive on a Friday. Then rescheduled to Sunday. By Tuesday, I reached out and they blamed the carrier and I was promised they would ship that day, overnight. On Wednesday, I saw they shipped ground. Thursday I received a full refund, and then received the package - it contained 17 out of 350 transfers. They not only didn't complete the order, they lied to me the entire time so I didn't order elsewhere. Throughout the entire process I explained what they were for and the urgency of getting them done in time. Now they've left me with nothing. I have ordered from them in the past, and was happy - but never again. I don't know who they are outsourcing the DTF prints too, but they would be better off just selling the custom clothing, because this made them lose me as a customer.
Went to the one in Fair oaks. Was greeted by a bunch of great guys. Was told exactly what they were going to do. Even kept me informed about their findings. Was in and out of there within 15 minutes. Highly recommend this place.
Customer service is non-existent. You have to know how to work the website yourself or it will take a week to get a response and then crickets for every response thereafter.
I have used Jiffy on three occasions in the last month and have been thoroughly pleased. Response time was excellent, work performed to perfection, and same day. The last occasion was an emergency and our person was terrific.
You need the app NOW as appliance breakdowns and leaks happen far to often. Real peace of mind having this on hand whenever you need it. Recommend for sure.
The size are not correct.
Once you ask for a refund they will close your account.
My crafty relative makes special shirts for the family and used this site for the basic shirts. There are no hidden shipping charges and it's better than the low-ball competitors who advertise lower prices but tack on extra shipping fees to make their orders more expensive. Jiffy is the best!
Jiffy needs to stick to selling shirts only. 2 out of the 6 times I ordered DTF prints from this place they were in despicable condition. White lines running all over the transfers, looking as if the machine may have leaked? Total waste of time and money. The first time they tried to blame me. Saying it was my image. Lol. Nope. Not the image. Who would submit an image to be printed with white lines of what appears to be paint through them? It was ridiculous. I submitted the same images to another online DTF shop, received them back (with free shipping) in flawless condition. I tried Jiffy more than I wanted to because they would give a credit rather than a refund more often than not. This resulted in receiving the same transfers in terrible condition more than once. AVOID THEM unless you just need shirts. But then, make sure you check and count. I was sent the wrong size of a high end hoodie (a customer order for me). Had to go back online and submit a pic of both sweathshirts in size XL when one should have been an XXL. No thanks. I don't do business with this company anymore unless it is one style of shirt in one color.
