I ordered 350 transfers from them. They were due to arrive on a Friday. Then rescheduled to Sunday. By Tuesday, I reached out and they blamed the carrier and I was promised they would ship that day, overnight. On Wednesday, I saw they shipped ground. Thursday I received a full refund, and then received the package - it contained 17 out of 350 transfers. They not only didn't complete the order, they lied to me the entire time so I didn't order elsewhere. Throughout the entire process I explained what they were for and the urgency of getting them done in time. Now they've left me with nothing. I have ordered from them in the past, and was happy - but never again. I don't know who they are outsourcing the DTF prints too, but they would be better off just selling the custom clothing, because this made them lose me as a customer.
Great place
Went to the one in Fair oaks. Was greeted by a bunch of great guys. Was told exactly what they were going to do. Even kept me informed about their findings. Was in and out of there within 15 minutes. Highly recommend this place.
No Way to Change Address & Zero Help After Their System Auto-Processed My Order
I placed an order through JiffyShirts and used a third-party vendor. When I hit “Confirm Order,” the site automatically processed the order without giving me the chance to enter or review my shipping address. As soon as I saw that the wrong (old) address was attached, I contacted JiffyShirts immediately — literally within minutes.
They told me it was too late to make any changes, even though the order had just been placed. Instead of helping, they told me I would need to “contact the residents at the old address” to try to retrieve my items. That’s unacceptable. No customer should be expected to chase down strangers for a package that could have been corrected if they had proper safeguards or at least a brief order-edit window like every other major retailer.
I’m now out of my money and my order, and JiffyShirts isn’t offering any real solution. If you place an order here, double-check everything because the moment you click confirm, you’re locked in — even if their system doesn’t give you the option to change or review your address. Very frustrating experience. I will not be ordering through them again.

Customer Service is TERRIBLE to get ahold of. I needed something addressed almost a week now and still Never got a phone call. I hate you can get a live person on the chat anymore it's all done by ROBOTS! VERY FRUSTERATING!!
They didnt ship an order and ignored me trying to get it remedied.
I placed one order and it went great, so I put in a larger one, and it went terribly. We are at 10 days since I placed the order, and the shipping carrier never got the package, and EVERY time I reach out about they just send the trascking info like that is a solution; it shouws the carrier never got the package.
The order is gone from my profile like it doesnt exist, and there has been no communcaiton with Jiffy except them giving me a $10 credit for things being late. Seriously? It's not late, you NEVER SHIPPED IT. I will never rely on a site like this for my business needs again. Beyond unprofessional.

70% of the DTF transfers I’ve gotten…
70% of the DTF transfers I’ve gotten from jiffy have been complete garbage. Either wouldn’t stick at the exact same spots on the same print sheets, DTF sheets came stuck together and or tearing apart. I do not recommend getting dtfs from them but the blanks are the only thing worth it tbh!
Overcharged and poor customer service
I was told one shipping price and was charged more than quoted. I was sent a 20% discount code that didn't work. There is no way to call the company. Tried to contact through chat and was told I would be emailed within 24 hours. I was not. Contacted them again and was told within 24 hours meant 3 business days. Never heard of that before. Customer service was sarcastic and rude. Will not order with them again. Would not recommend.

This is my 8th order. When your building your order they boast "Next day arrival" "Will arrive tomorrow" " Checking nearest warehouse for inventory" and it never fails, there's ALWAYS some excuse or "delay" that your order will NOT indeed arrive in the time shown.
I've order late at night, early mornings and even mid day multiple times and they use the same copy and paste excuse of the time of day you ordered caused the delay. Or their new excuse, "there was a warehouse delay".
This should absolutely be against the law that they bait you with quick shipping. NEVER AGAIN. Taking my business to bulkapparel.com.

Customer service is non-existent. You have to know how to work the website yourself or it will take a week to get a response and then crickets for every response thereafter.

Jiffy Shirts used to be great. Not sure what has happened in the last year, but the service is terrible now. Unreliable delivery dates, missing items, messed up DTF prints. And then it's impossible to ever get a response or any help from customer service. I really hope they see this and actually do something to change it.

This is actually sad but it had to be written. Jiffy used to be my Go To. However as of lately, either employees changed, or it’s managed by someone else. They are not FAST at shipping and you can’t get in touch with anymore. They don’t have an 800 number and use AI to communicate via their contact us section online. Please save yourself the time and trouble. My tracking still says have not received item

Jiffy doesn't have live customer services and turnaround times for emails are 4-5 days. Their AI on their website isn't actual AI, but old school an old school autoresponder that will give the same generic replies regardless of your questions. They don't provide any heating instructions on the transfers when you get them. Additionally, the quality of my transfers were very poor, with some missing full pieces of the images due to be scratched off before I received them. Incredibly poor and unreliable service.
Disappointing
I placed an order, but for some strange reason the confirmation was missing one of the shirts I needed, which I found still sitting in my cart. I emailed customer service to request it be added to the current order, but received a return email with a coupon for free shipping that expired that same night. I didn't get the email for a couple of days (due to being out for emergency surgery). What's the point of issuing a coupon that expires in only a few hours? The order I did receive was received days later than promised and was packed so unprofessionally, just thrown into a box all wrinkled up. There's no way to identify which shirt is which. I had ordered several shades of gray to try to determine which color to use for future orders but there is no way to know which one is which. Highly disappointed.

Stay away from Jiffy
Ordered DTF transfers. Obviously quality control was off that day. Arrived with letters missing from the design. Contacted customer service and was told oh well, we’ll refund your money and you can reorder. Needed design for an order for a family leaving on vacation. Wouldn’t even overnight even though it was their fault. Have had minor issues in past with shirts having holes or ripped. I can deal with that. No reason I should lose a customer because they screw up and won’t make it right. Last time I will ever order from them
BUYER BEWARE They stole $439
They are great until you need customer service. This used to be my go-to for shirts until my last order.
I ordered close to $1500 in tee shirts and when they arrived 101 of them were the wrong size. I reached out to jiffy and after a frustrating conversation with a bot asking if I could exchange them was prompted to open a work ticket. I did so and waited. And waited. The next morning after no reply, I put in for a return of the 101 shirts. And waited for a return label. The next morning I was emailed a return label, followed by an email from someone that said:
'We apologize for the delay in our response due to a high volume of requests and appreciate your patience.
We do not do direct exchanges, but I can certainly help with a return. I see you have entered the return - please proceed with sending those back, as we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. I advise you to place a new order for the correct size you need.' So Jiffy's solution was to give them more money. Great.
I boxed the shirts up, dropped them off at UPS and watched it take nearly a week to get to jiffy. I guess they selected the cheapest option, as I have never seen anything take that long, but I digress.
I watched and waited for nearly 5 days with no status update on my return. I reached out again to check the status of my return and put in for a work ticket, and waited some more.
Finally, I received an email from Anastasii saying they issued a refund to my payment method. I check the Jiffy app and see I have a store credit for the refund amount. I reach out again VIA email telling them I'll accept the store credit and use it but afterwards we were parting ways. They have since removed the credit and stopped responding to me.
