Love Jimmy's iced coffee - but I don't love Evri and thats who they use to deliver so knocking a star off as I needed to go on a hunt to find where my delivery had been dumped

Horrible tasting drink. With bad after taste left in your mouth and leaving your tongue dry. Zero refreshing (and i got it ice cold). Britvic must have been desperate when they acquired the brand.
The service you receive from Jimmy's is great. Their Customer Service team are brilliant, very quick to respond to any message you send to them. And their Rewards Scheme is absolutely fantastic. Dispa... Toon meer

The winning trio of compliments - Thanks Victoria :)
What’s not to love….
Absolutely great product, competitive market puts the standard price point a little high though if I’m nit-picking (had this on a special offer). Super quick delivery service, well packaged.

Hi Marilyn, We mix our rainforest alliance, arabica coffee with semi-skimmed milk to provide a refreshing pick-me-up that hits the spot, without the risk of being too sickly. Sorry to hear it wasn't quite to your taste. Thanks for giving us a try, have a great day!

Great product ,communication and Cheers Jimmys crew …
Great product ,communication and service as always from the crew at Jimmys iced coffee never have any problems with them ,but let down very badly by DHL with delivery past three months they send texts for delivery time and never come on the day or time very poor service from DHL answers or apology they even send a picture of my front door but dont leave product in requested safe place ,but this should not be a bad mark against Jimmys iced coffee who have been superb but just let down by outside contractors

Amazing iced coffee and customer service
This was a surprise find in a local store and I love this iced coffee. I found out that the company sells direct to consumers and the customer service is absolutely fantastic - I cannot recommend the iced coffee and Jimmy’s highly enough.
