There are missing item in the delivery, but customer care Don't know what to do. And they simply cut the call. And even chat agent says complaint raised and nothing after that. Do not book in jio mart they will cheat you. No support from Plat form.

Very disappointing experience with JioMart.
I ordered 6 items, but received an incomplete and damaged order. All 3 packages of Colin were missing, and the Odonil room freshener I received was damaged.
I raised a complaint immediately, but it has been 3 days and still no proper resolution. Every time I follow up, I only get the same response — “it will be resolved soon” — but nothing actually happens.
I don’t want any replacement now — I just want a full refund for the missing and damaged items as soon as possible.

I would like to raise a complaint regarding the manager at the Jio store in Hitech City.
The manager has been behaving in a very careless and unprofessional manner. He is responding to customers irresponsibly and not providing proper assistance.
In my case, the items I ordered were replaced with lower-cost items during delivery without my consent. When I visited the store to address this issue, instead of resolving it properly, the manager responded rudely and even argued with me.
This is not acceptable, and it has caused significant inconvenience. I request you to kindly look into this matter seriously and take appropriate action against the concerned manager to ensure better customer service in the future.

I am writing to bring to your attention the issue regarding my order (Order No. 17722027481203010M), placed on Jiomart, in which I purchased 2 Nehru jackets worth Rs. 538. Due to a size issue, I raised a return request on 27th February. However, no pickup attempt has been made so far. I have already tried reaching out through your customer care email ID, but it is not working. i raised the issue through the need help section complaint no. 774017731316 but its closed without any action or reply

The worst delivery experience ever
This has been one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I’ve had. I placed an order on February 28 on the jio mart app with an expected delivery during the first week of March, yet the order status still shows “under process” with no meaningful update.
What makes the situation even more frustrating is the lack of proper customer support. The chat service repeatedly responds that it cannot understand my complaint or that it cannot assist with the issue. As a customer, it is extremely frustrating to be unable to get even a basic update about an order.
For a platform that handles online orders, timely communication and responsive customer support should be the minimum standard. Unfortunately, my experience so far has been far from satisfactory. I sincerely hope the company improves its support system and order tracking transparency for customers.

Mobile app chat is giving me pre meditated answers, for wrong product complaint, the chat mentioned since there is no return policy we can not do any thing

Jiomart is an absolute scam
They give offers on some of the things and when it comes to checkout the price becomes the original one they think we won't notice, the whole checkout list is some unnecessary useless stuff they give the total amount more than 1k while my total is 525 (with the discount price) but they also shows the discounted amount that makes no sense and at the end the whole total bill of yours will be the original price like 850 while they showed the discount amount as 525. Jiomart is a total scam. There should be one 0 star they don't even deserve the 1star.

You get good pricing, but once you receive a bad/damaged product the customer service sucks. You will have to make a lot of calls, send a lot of emails but still probably not receive a resolution.

Extremely disappointed with JioMart. They promise quick delivery, but it has been almost 16 HOURS and my order is still not delivered.
I have called customer support multiple times, and every single time I was given false assurances like “5 minutes” or “10 minutes”. This is highly misleading and shows complete lack of professionalism.
The customer service agents are, dismissive, and irresponsible. I have called, sent emails, and even raised a formal complaint, yet there has been no resolution, no clarity, and no accountability.
If JioMart cannot meet its own delivery commitments, they should stop advertising fake timelines. This experience has wasted my entire day and caused unnecessary frustration.
Do NOT order from JioMart. Worst delivery experience, poor customer support, and zero respect for customers’ time.
JioMart Could Be So Much Better
Overall, JioMart has a lot of potential to become really good for online groceries, but right now it seriously lacks smoothness. The website feels laggy and buggy, and sometimes even a small wrong click randomly throws you back to the homepage, which is super frustrating. The app is even worse than the website it’s way too slow, products aren’t listed properly, and half the time you can’t even find items through normal search. Weirdly, if you search the same product on Google with “JioMart” added, it shows up, which just makes things harder for the customer. The whole platform needs to be more efficient and less buggy, and something like a dark mode could actually help users view products more comfortably. Also, instead of showing heavy discounts and then sending old stock, it would be better to sell at original prices with fresher products. A 2-month gap is understandable, but getting products that are around 8 months old really ruins the experience. Overall, the idea is strong, but the execution still needs a lot of work.

Really not happy with the delivery experience especially the delivery boy .
Not calling and just horning his bike at front of my house and then calling me and approaching me in in a rogue voice. Handling a bag to pick up all the delivery products.
Really a worst case scenario.
Kindly follow up on this order regarding the delivery and take strict action on the delivery boy.Not fit for this job.
