From the very first conversation, JM Graphics made the whole process easy. I came to them wanting custom decals for my S-Works Tarmac, and they delivered in every way possible.
Jorge was outstanding — answered every question I had, kept communication tight throughout the entire process, and even sent me photos ahead of time so I knew exactly what to expect before anything was finalized. That kind of attention to detail made all the difference.
They helped me work through my options and made sure the final order was exactly right. The application instructions were clear, the install went smoothly, and they followed up afterward to make sure everything looked good.

Amazing customer services, they change emails with me over a week (sorry 😂) to give me what i needed, ended with an amazing sticker on my bike that i let them use for publicity (hope it will compensate your time).

Infelizmente a avaliação publicada não reflete de forma rigorosa os factos ocorridos.
No momento da encomenda, o serviço de design Bespoke encontra-se claramente descrito no nosso site, incluindo a indicação expressa de que:
1. A taxa de design não é reembolsável após o início do trabalho, por corresponder a um serviço efetivamente prestado por um designer, independentemente da aquisição do produto final.
2. Pedidos que extravasem o escopo base do serviço podem implicar custos adicionais, estando devidamente identificados os limites de personalização.
3. O serviço de design tem início após a submissão da encomenda pelo cliente.
No caso em concreto, foram solicitadas duas maquetes, tendo sido desenvolvidas e enviadas duas maquetes. Ainda assim, e em conformidade com os nossos Termos e Condições, foi efetuado o reembolso do valor da encomenda, com exceção das taxas de design e de pagamento já incorridas, tendo o mesmo sido processado de forma célere, após pedido pelo cliente.
A nossa atividade pauta-se pela transparência e pelo respeito pelos nossos clientes e colaboradores.
