When I first started buying from JMO technologies, the PLA was excellent. My last three orders, there were issues. One order two spools were broken, so I had to respool them. Customer service offered me a discount but did not honor it on any orders. My last order, the PLA on two spools were very brittle. JMO only has a 30 day return policy. I buy many spools on an order. I now purchase from GST3D and so far it is good.
Please JMO, go back to your original quality. I loved your previous products.

Great prices and quality transaction process. Of the 3 spools of PLA I bought, one of them seemed to have some brittle spots that fractured while printing. I contacted JMO, they responded immediately and after some discussion about causes, they determined that they needed to replace the spool. Even though they were out of stock at the time, they stayed right on it and shipped me a new spool as soon as it became available, communicating with me all along the way. It's not what happens when things go RIGHT with a company, it's how they act when things go WRONG, and JMO Technology is a great example of how to do it right to rectify a problem. I will be buying more from them for sure!

I like their product a lot and have used it with great success. For weeks i have tried to order more filament and they are out of stock. They blame it on transportation problems. If they filament is made in the USA how could it be transportation problems? They would get 5 stars with better service.

Fantastic time on shipping, great color choices. New to FDM printing and John Olenik has been fantastic to work with.

John and his team are professionals. They give me exactly what I am after, faster than I could have expected.

Very good communication and reasonable prices!

We needed a quick tooling prototype for an upcoming job. John responded immediately and provided a working sample in one day. The sample part proved our concept so we saved several weeks getting a machined part made. Great response, great work!

Very good to work with, and they stay in excellent communication, their response time is usually under a few hours day or night. When I mentioned an issue with my print, they offered to redo it and ship free of charge.

John generously reached out to me to help with printing a one-handed adapter for a friend who recently lost his arm. The kindness meant so much to us and the print itself was top tier quality, I’d trust and hire JMO Technology to print anything you need.

Great customer service. Parts were printed accurately and shipped quickly. I enjoyed being able to see and orbit around in my 3d model on the JMO site, and I appreciated the quick quote options. My architecture firm will hopefully order more prints soon!
