Terrible Customer Service
I placed the order 3/15. I emailed customer service the same day within 2 hours requesting a cancellation. Customer service wrote back 3/16 and said they would try to intercept it.
I received notification that the order was shipped 3/23. And it seems it was shipped 3/17 2 days after I reached out and 1 day after customer service said they would intercept it.
It was shipped and I was billed $500 - and when it arrived I didn’t even open the package and returned it immediately.
They refuse to extend a refund. Only credit I will never use.
It just seems like poor customer service to not make an exception given the timing of the request.
